Every one was very welcoming and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience and I love my hair cut.

The service is incredible. I wasn’t pleased with my hair cut and usually wouldn’t say anything but Annie and Amy went above and beyond to make sure it was rectified. I will definitely continue coming back. Annie is fantastic. Thanks ladies!!

I have been coming here regularly for some time and realised I rave on about it and recommend it to everyone in my life but have never left a review.I had seen Sass at another salon and once she left, tracked her down and followed her here.Sass - I cannot recommend enough, especially for curly hair. She is a fantastic hairdresser in terms of the actual cut - to the point where I trust her enough to regularly say “I trust you, just do what you think” but she also makes the whole experience so comfortable and fun.The Salon - was so pleased with the salon. It is absolutely beautiful, always clean and smells amazing, the staff are all so lovely and it genuinely just feels like a nice place to be. You can get a complimentary little drink & snack and the chairs at the basin are massage chairs.Cannot recommended Urban Chic and Sass enough.

Mid last year I booked an appointment with Carla at Urban Chic. It was the first time I had been to the salon.Prior to the appointment I was quoted $80.00 for a Shampoo, Cut, Bdry (long) and a $116.50 for a 1/2 Head Foils (long). Total: $196.50.During the consultation I showed the service provider a picture of the hair colour and technique I was hoping to achieve. I stipulated that the colours I wanted were honey, caramel and chocolate tones.It was agreed that some colour would be added to create a balayage effect. I knew this would be an extra cost, but at the time it wasn't explain to me what that would be.The appointment took over 4 hours which seemed excessively long. I asked to use the restroom which was down a pathway in the back of the garden. The only sink to wash my hands was the one in the salon the colourists used to rinse out their dishes.At the end of the appointment, the technique that was achieved was satisfactory however the colour was ashy and not what I asked for. Because I had been in the salon for so long I didn't have time to have it fixed.When I paid the bill I was charged an additional $45 for toner, $93.54 for a long tint, $27.50 for something called Colour To Ends per 15 grams" and $40 for something called "Reborn". The total came to a whopping $402.50. I practically fell over at the additional costs.I was encouraged by the service provider to refer new clients to the salon in order to redeem loyalty program points. Needless to say I have not been back and I have not referred anyone to this salon."

I am so glad that I found this hair salon! I’m even more grateful that Sas is my hairdresser!!! She’s been absolutely wonderful in every way. She has given me personalised advice while also listening to ALL of my requests and concerns, making sure to go far above and beyond to provide the best service that she can. It also has felt like you’re just chatting with your best friend!Incredible attention to detail, so much patience, and amazing results is exactly how I would summarise my experience!The rest of the staff have also been incredibly wonderful and so so sweet, making sure you are comfortable throughout the whole experience!Thank all of you girls for helping me gain some confidence again ❤️ Can’t wait to be back :)

My haircut with Jaydee was so beautiful - perfect texture and shaping. Everyone at Urban Chic was so lovely and I was very well taken care of! To top it all off, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back! I'm making dinner plans for tonight just to show off my new style :)

My first visit was for an upstyle for an awards night, and Jess got it spot on (despite my very vague requests)! It lasted all night, so very happy. Looking forward to a cut and colour in a few weeks.

My wife got her hair done by Laura, and I've never seen her so satisfied. Laura was attentive, genuine, and friendly! Amazing!
