I am not anyone’s judge and I am sure Dawson is an awesome company.But today met a forklift guy there, I have never seen a rude person like him in my whole life. He has no respect for anybody, every time he shouts and swears unnecessarily.People like him give a bad name to the company. May he learn his lesson soon.

Can't comment on the company, but the staff is just absolutely rude and disrespectful, this is costumer service at it poorest level! Very bad image for the the company. And good luck getting somewhere with this type of staff running the show. Will not show up here again because I need my job.

Today at 12pm I had to slam the brakes on when your driver changed lanes on the Westgate Fwy into my lane and nearly smashed the back of his truck into the side of my car. Absolutely terrifying. His number plate was YV74IG. His driving nearly caused a serious accident.
