Sheds Galore

Seriously is this how your company leaves someone’s shed and Garden. Took forever to come back and change the door. Showed the tradesman the pedestrian door that was installed incorrectly and can be opened with a screwdriver and didn’t bother to install the new tracks that were clearly onsite next to the door. Screws left all over the floor. Disappointed From delivery till now.

Graham was the initial point of contact, he worked well with me to get the design I needed, and through the contract process. The contractors, including Brendan the concreter, and the installation guys of Jordan and crew, were all good to deal with. They all did a high quality professional job. I met Michael the owner at the end to recify a small issue with a door from a supplier. He was also good to deal with, and the issue was promptly resolved. Overall, I had a very positive experience with this company, and I am happy with the end result. If I ever build another shed, I will certainly use Michael and his team again.

Currently getting a shed prepared for pick up. Up to this point everything is going without a problem. I live on an island and that makes everything more awkward, which I might add they have managed it well so far. I will say later.

Unfortunately my dealings with this company has been one of the worst dealings I have ever had, apart from the initial consulatation with their sales manager who was great to deal with. But once I payed the deposit and started dealing with the owner Michael everything went sour, I have had better service from a corner shop buying a bottle of milk compared to spending 25k with a company that supposedly has a contract with a national supplier. Admittingly the the lads (contractors) that built the shed were also great to deal with, but the owner of the company was non committal to almost any assistance and took over 5 months with numerous emails and calls to rectify a couple of issues with manufactured items etc. I would advise to any person or persons that these people are not interested in giving you good service or value for your hard earned dollars and strongly suggest looking elsewhere!
