When I first signed up with Ray White the first property manager was good and making sure the rent was paid on time or would follow up with the tenant when the rent was late. Many months later, I had multiple property managers and they weren't doing their job chasing up the rent, I would have to call up every week and doing the job for them. Property managers not returning my calls. I am glad I left and went to another realesate that looks after the landlord and does the job they are paid for
