I had Microdermabrasion Super Cleanse today and it was such an wonderfully relaxing experience! Very clean and tidy room, my lady was so kind and accommodating to me and was also willing to work around me having fresh eyelash extensions (which I couldn’t have any moisture on). Highly recommended salon if you are looking for friendly, professional staff, I will be back again in the future!

The technician appeared distant and lacked effective communication throughout treatment despite me verbally stating that I was nervous and had never had my eyebrows professionally done before. I felt like just another job with little effort to ease my anxiety. No attempt to maintain privacy nor dignity as the door was left open at the beginning. There was no attempt to keep me modest as I had an above knee dress on.No consultation about what style of brow shape I wanted and I felt that my questions were being past off. I was unhappy with the final result as my brows were uneven in shape and with patchy colour distribution,. I verbally alerted the technician of this. She stated they looked fine to her. I asked my husband whom was in the room. In which he agreed that the brows were uneven in shape and colour. She had advised me that the henna only sticks to the hair hence why the uneven colour. This explanation was confusing to me as I understood that henna was a semi permanent staining of the skin rather than the hair, hence why I was getting them done due to my thinning eyebrows. The technician did not wipe off the eyelash tint properly and when I was asked to open my eyes, the burning and stinging of both eyes where painful leaving my eyes bloodshot and experiencing blurred vision for several minutes after I had wiped leftover dye from my eyes. The technician was heard by myself and husband verbally sighing In announce of my complaint of burning eyes and uneven eyebrow shape and colour. She repeated treatment by redoing my brows with henna. Final result looked the same but I never was given the chance to express this as we were interpreted by another staff member stating the technician next client was here.My overall experience was unwelcoming with the technician displaying no interpersonal therapeutic communication. I was unhappy with the final result of my brows. I will not be recommending this service to others.Kate
