Glad Tidings

Dissatisfied does not begin to describe my experience with the service provided at Glad Tidings Pty Ltd. If only there was an option for a '0' star. Terrible customer service, failure to adhere to the company's own stipulated policies and deplorable behavior shown towards customers in front of other patrons, which included verbal abuse. The lack of common courtesy and assistance offered by staff as I was looking to purchase several items for an upcoming wedding was unbelievably unprofessional. I am embarrassed for the organisation and agree with many others that I will not be recommending their service to anyone.If you are looking for quality service and goods at excellent prices, I recommend you look elsewhere. I ended up going to the Party Source store across the road which was excellent.

What a place!! If you ever need any catering or bulk packaging, then this is the place to go. The range they have is phenomenal and the prices are very reasonable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loads of containers, trays, wrappings and other food storage needs.Only issue is the space or lack of. Store is tiny and very very cluttered. However for the average person it's one of the few places to get came boxes or aluminium pie/tart tins.

If you want to buy bulk stuff it's the best place and best price.

Price is cheap. Service if the younger staff is ok. The mid age lady who entertained us a bit rude. It’s like we can’t have a look to decide. Always keep asking done or not done or not..omg

Good stock. Wish there was something similar NOR. They have tones of options for segmented plates for large parties which works well when serving an Indian menu with 5+ items. Also have lots of options for cake boxes, take away containers & bio degradable options if you are looking for that

Wanted to buy set of 30 containers for $40, just shy of 3 to make 30. I said I don’t mind waiting. She said no and gave some excuse. I ended up paying $48 for 20 containers. Major rip off.

Ms Phillis told she started this business 10 years ago. I finally found the 'Spork' I needed for 50 persons. I could not find it in other supermarkets but here. This shop offers all kinds of packaging for food good for picnics, outdoor activities and parties. Lots of options for after-used disposable cutlery, containers, cup, bags, etc. It is a shopping stop good for a visit to find out what is available for the next organised event. Cheers! (2021-10)
