I was given an incorrect dosage for treatment by my GP. The pharmacist not only identified this but also spoke to the dr and had the dosage corrected for the treatment required. I'm quite sure this person had a massive impact on the outcome. Thank you staff!

I have never copped a more rude staff member like at any Chemist like I did at this store at 1053hrs on 13FEB2023! (Monday)The lady was arrogant at best, one would wonder why you would have this person as the face of your business!As a Balwyn local with a household full of medical professionals I will never be doing business here again.Chemist Warehouse is just down the road and actually in closer proximity to my house, the only reason I dropped in here was to grab a coffee as well.Poor form!

The staff are very helpful and friendly and the service is wonderful too. It such a positive experience going to this chemist and being served promptly and getting the scripts filled quickly. Leaves a lot of other Chemist's customer service for dead! :) Sue Kennedy

Just got my flu jab from I believe their name was Olivia. So, so kind and sweet. Olivia was lovely to my daughter, very friendly and approachable. I will definitely be returning for future vaccines, or even just if I'm in need of something from the chemist. Thank you for taking your time today! You can certainly tell that you strive to do your best in your work day, and that you value what you do. What wonderful staff ☺️

I forgot my mask, stopped in and asked about reusable masks as they only had large boxes of disposables on display. The staff member told me they were out of them, but kept 5-packs of disposable ones behind the counter, for $5. Only after I paid did she show me that it was a small loose paper bag with five masks repackaged into it. In addition to the price-gouging and deception, it was unhygienic as the masks were hanging out of the bag with no sealed packaging or proper labeling. Selling poorly repackaged, cheap, disposable masks for $5 each which have already been touched, by how many people? What a rip-off.

Went in yesterday to pick up my script, the pharmacist Olivia took more time and care then my GP. Lovely and helpful staff who are friendly and happy to always assist.Thank you for looking after me and my family.

I was the only customer. handed in the prescription , then the person gave me a generic white box , with a prescription label on it . inside there were only 3 tablets which was cut and repacked from its original packing which consists of 7. A full price is charged.The person did not ask me if I took this medication before , did not ask if I have any allergy , and did not remind / tell me how many times per day and if I should finish the course. I asked why this box is different and if this is generic brand . The person turned back to ask someone and said it is generic ( did not ask if I accept generic brand and explain any medical precautions as pharmacists do )1) never see pharmacists cut out original packing and re pack and resell2) customer cannot see the medicine expiry date3) $11 for the re -packed medicine ( only 3 tablets ) while the exactly same medicine is $9.99 at Chemist Warehouse and $11 at Balwyn Day and Night pharmacy ( 7 tablets original packaging)4) No pharmacy advice to patients. Did not ask if I took before or is allergy to this . Did not tell me how frequent I should use it , or if I should finish it or stop when I get better .totally irresponsible.NOT Recommended !
