Benchmark Building Reports
Matt went above and beyond to both book me in and in doing his inspection. He did a thorough and detailed inspection which reflected in his report. His communication was excellent. Being a former builder, he was also able to advise on areas that needed attention to prevent additional costs along the way, which I really appreciated. I would recommend him without question to anyone wanting an important part of purchasing a property done accurately.

Matt booked my pre property purchase building report appointment quickly and efficiently. He gave me a quick summary on the phone a few hours after the inspection. His report was if anything a little too cautious (he explained on the phone) but certainly more details than I needed to decide to go ahead with the purchase. I would use him again and can recommend him.

We used Benchmark building reports for a pre purchase inspection. Matt was incredible, early and the whole process was so easy. He explained everything to us in terms we understood & identified we were inexperienced in purchasing homes so broke it down for us to understand. He made us feel so confident in our purchase. Recommend 10/10 and so grateful for working with us to get it done in our timeframe. Cannot recommend enough!

We engaged Matt to provide us with a building report on a house my husband and I was buying. My husband and sister were there with Matt, and explained things as he went around inspecting the house, and gave tips on what could be done to enhance the house.
