Paula is absolutely an amazing person, she was able to book me in straight away due to a cancelation (thank goodness) and I saw her within 2 hours of making a booking with her. I have personally have suffered from severe lower back pain and leg pain for a number of years and have never been able to handle any type of manipulation done to me and with out it being extremely painful. Paula really has an attention to detail and worked her magic on me with her massage, cupping and Bowen therapy. she made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed through out the whole session and Her home makes you feel extremely welcome and you can feel the positive and nurturing energy as soon as you entre her home. Having experienced issues with reduced flexibility and overall body tiredness, I can’t thank Paula enough for what she has done after just one visit. My body feels great and I already the ability to sit cross legged on the floor comfortably (something I have struggled with my entire life) and can now touch my ankles during a stretch, when previously I could only reach just past my knees. Couldn’t recommend Paula enough and can’t wait for my next appointment :)

I loved that Paula was able to use different techniques in the one massage. Frequency, cupping, relaxation and Bowen were all performed to assist my sciatica and hip pain, plus relieve the stress I was feeling.I recommend Paula highly
