I have found Donna and Sharon to be very professional in their approach to managing a family member who had complex care needs. Their ability to go that extra mile was greatly appreciated. They both showed initiative in a changing care situation and were empathic every instance. I would highly recommend them to deliver personalised care in the home setting.
