I absolutely love the atmosphere here, wonderful staff, and sensational cocktails. I love stopping here for a few drinks with my friends while we are out and about on a Friday or Saturday night.

Horrivle experience. As soon as we arrived, we found a cockroach walking on the table, the service was terrible the waiters were constantly apologizing as if they were used to that chaotic routine. We waited four hours for the food to be ready and the plates were all wrong.

Most disgusting tasting espresso martini I've ever had in my life! Not sure if there was no coffee in it or made in a dirty shaker, but it didn't taste like it should! Which is disappointing for a cocktail bar!It was in the verge on not drinkable!**EDIT** (in reply to the owner) I did mention to the staff member and she informed me it was made to the recipe. She never offered to fix it or even taste test it herself!!

On arrival! Being in Melbourne and both are from the country! We asked if we had to book was looked at in a dirty way. Sign said order here! The lady came over and we weren’t ready! Wasn’t spoken to for another 15 minutes. (Tad confusing if we go up or you come to us) after that time we ordered drinks! Took 10 minutes to make two cocktails. The lady wasn’t paying attention at all…. Was told we had to order two margaritas couldn’t just order one… as it was easier for staff… shouldn’t be advertising as a cocktail bar if cannot make one classic cocktail! Moving onto the food! The potato came out as chip, again misleading. Not what we ordered! We did the the feed me option, after the bolognaise arancini balls came out, and the chips, we decided to call it a day and cut our losses! We were more than happy to pay for what we ordered! The lady behind the bar tried to over charge us $15 over what we ordered! We apologised for the inconvenience! As we felt bad for the chefs. And was once again was greater by dirty looks. Mind you there was one other table than us…

After being greeted at the door by Chef Justin, my partner and I were treated like VIPs and had an amazing night out.We chose the chefs selection off the new menu, and after a quick chat about our dietary needs (my partner only eats Halal, and I'm coeliac with a bariatric sleeve), the meals that were chosen were delicious, filling, and varied - I can honestly say that we enjoyed every bite, and walked away feeling full and happy.Outside of the kitchen, Phil and his team of talented bar staff kept us hydrated with tasty mocktails all night. Neither myself nor my partner drink, so a cocktail bar is the last place we would normally be found - but we are so glad that we ventured out. Having no idea what to order from the cocktail menu, the team went away with my very simple instruction we like sweet stuff" and surprised us with tasty drinks that hit the spot.The atmosphere is great. It was quiet when we walked in (doors opened at 6pm)

Went with my gals to try a cute and vibey venue. Smitten Kitten offered the best bottomless cocktails and service we have ever experienced and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a fun night out with drinks flowing with their friends.

My girlfriend recommended this place. Both of the owners were so friendly and the food was so yummy. Also their cocktails are good value. Will definitely come back for a night out :)

Two cocktails for $30 - the catch is you have to order two of the same flavour.I cannot believe the owner responds/argues back to all the reviews less than 5 stars.Food overpriced.I’d give this a miss if you’re wandering down Chapel.

Delicious cocktails, best margs in Melbourne!!Food was served fast and tasted great, 13 of us there and they were completely all over our orders even though we rocked up and it was heaving. Great addition to the area and a good spot to meet up for a catch up or date night!
