We recently had a rocky purchase that we ultimately pulled out from, and it was quite a stressful experience. Luke was wonderful to deal with and helped guide us through it, ensuring that we were meeting our contractual obligations so we wouldn't lose our deposit. He helped us work with the sellers to try and negotiate on issues found, and provided us guidance on how to best conduct this. We will definitely be using Luke again for any future purchases and would highly recommend his services for anyone wanting a local conveyancer who doesn't mess you around.

Was introduced to Luke from Agent who sold our investment property. Luke was a true professional who handled our sale which we felt was the easiest sale we had achieved. We are now on our 17th property so we know a great solicitor when we meet them. We then purchased a property and sold another with Luke’s guidance. We had a few issues with one of them but Luke never lost his cool and his guidance to us was exceptional. He is calm under pressure and we can’t thank him enough for getting us through.Luke you’re the best and you are now our go to man.
