Just want to say thanks to Robbie, who fixed our hot water system over the Christmas break.Even though it was a public holiday, Robbie promptly responded to our request, quickly identified and resolved the problem, and followed up at the end of the day to check if everything worked well after the fix.

I never experienced that kind of service and was so appreciative as I can start work at a new site first thing tomorrow.
