very much disappointed with the service. always have to wait more than 15 mins to do photocopy. i can understand if they have too many customers. they do always have enough staff but never pays enough attention.

Super dedicated and understanding staff !!I called up about 10 minutes from closing and asked if I could run down even though I'd likely be turning up after closing and they were super lovely. There were still other customers being served about 5 minutes after they were closed but they were all working really professionally and politely. I appreciate the team a lot for helping me get my late night felt to make a frog friend!! :)

Great customer service, the passport photo printer was causing all sorts of issues but they got it working in the end.

I tried calling the store to see if they had an item in stock, but no one seemed to want to answer. The message was that they're all busy serving customers... well I hung up & went there, yes some were busy, while several others were having a good old chinwag... wasn't impressed at all. Thank goodness that they had what I wanted.

Got phone call and told my click and collect documents prints delayed. Talked to manager? And I asked if I can pick up second nearest store theysaid No (I think they said busy) so I asked 1/2 hr+ away store she said she would call that store and get them ready straight away I visited that store 3 hr later and they didn’t hear anything. I had to send all the documents again and wait. Lucky I still have all data in my phone.

Im sorry but you are somewhat under staffed at times and the wait in line to print or scan is a joke and seems no one has the foresight to jump in and help. With 4 people behind me as i write this and overhearing them saying the same thing, my little cry has some merit. It feels like theres a 'its not my job' feeling here and inturn, no care from staff. Now 6 people in line and a staff member at another counter doing f all.

Always terrible customer service when going through checkout, young kids of this generation don’t know how to say ‘hello’ or any type of greeting. Once you’ve paid they just look at you waiting for you to walk away- no thank you, goodbye or have a nice day, particularly young Asian boy who was on registers, does he know how to talk? Clearly not. Teach your team members some basic customer service. I’ve taken my business to another officeworks store who are always extremely friendly.

Just read a negative review about their store manager, but I have to disagree. I've been helped by Amanda in the past, and had exceptional service. In fact, my company only use this store to make all our purchases now because of her attentive attitude toward her customers. I'm guessing this review is from a previous disgruntled staff member. Keep up the great work Amanda and team!

I am disappointed and angry. I placed an order of 6 greeting cards with their self-serve machines. I asked a staff member (I believe their name was Julie) if it would be shiny or matte, and they said matte. I picked up the order today and it was 1. shiny, 2. not even a greeting card. The 6 prints were on shiny photo paper, and rather than a blank back for writing, it looked like this (picture attached). If this is a greeting card, shouldn’t I be able to write on it? So I went back to the counter and asked about these concerns. The person on the register said “yeah, sorry, the size you selected is photo paper only.” I asked for them to be re-done and she said I’d have to edit them at home and come back. I know this isn’t true, because Officeworks staff have the software to quickly edit these and reprint them, as I did a few days ago with another order. However, the girl at the register could only say “sorry, the size you selected is photo paper.” …so why did Julie say they were matte? And why did the ordering system not prevent me from ordering this size if photo paper was the only option? And why are they advertised as “greeting cards” if you cannot even write on the back?I might have to buy some white card and stick these on with glue, so I can write on the back. But I’ll go to the post office for that because hopefully they’ll have better service.

My experience at Gilles plains store today was excellent. Jerry and Rowena were very professional.
