Not even worth 1 star.Treat their customers extremely poorly. They will hang up in your face. Can't believe how bad their service is. If they can't handle a conversation they will probably spit in your food... Do not trust...

I left 3 messages on 3 different days, with no call backs. Tried 4th time, got a rather unhappy man who told me he'd answered 132 effing calls today when I mentioned my unreturned messages. Was very snippy, and rude. Was mpre interested in an argument than getting my business. And being told 'Good riddance' after we established he couldn't provide what i needed sealed the deal. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not a word of sorry we didn't return your 3 messages, or sorry we cant help you...

The help centre doctor" as she calls herself told me to take a valium and lie down after she suggested the company "my cake is too small" for catering for my partners first board meeting. All though a smaller meeting I have ordered so much food and just wanted to top it off with 10 savoury and 10 sweet muffins

Don’t even try the live chat! The lady called Lorraine is absolutely rude and has no patience at all. I have been nice and polite, whereas she just threw some questions marks on your face as if you’re idiot and you’re just wasting her time! Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I fon’t understand how this kind of business can have such poor customer service. So shameful!

We had a small catering job required for 8 people. The response was Good Luck". The phone call continued to deteriorate and got ruder and ruder. Unsure why you would be in business with this type of attitude"
