had issue with the x5 showing transmission safe programe and alternater not throwing in charge to battery. called matt and gave me advice to check my harmonic balancer. apon looking found that was the fault and now organising for repairs to be done.matt was more than helpful and profesional. i would more than recomend matts service to anybody as he even called me back on his day off. well done matt

Arrived in Tassie to see family and relatives for a relaxing period with my pride and joy BMW. Had drivetrain fault - drive moderately!" warning show up on day two of trip. Luckily after speaking with family was referred to Tasman BM. Cannot stress to anyone looking for a BMW service team - get in touch with Matt and his crew. Matthew advised the initial diagnosis would take 15 minutes. When I drove into his service centre, my car was blowing smoke and all he could smell was oil! Matthew popped the bonnet and saw the first problem within a split second! 15 minutes turned into an hour of him finding numerous problems. At the end of the diagnosis he wasn't comfortable with me driving the car!Matthew went above and beyond our expectations, he's level of communication to keep me updated is very rare.. wherever he could save me money on new vs secondhand parts, he would explain why. This is very rare for any mechanic!Matthew is very accommodating and he continuously worked with my schedule.Tasman BM, Matthew and his team are professionals! Booked transmission service today with Tasman BM. Matt was very kind and super friendly. Transmission service done and dusted. At first my car was jerking whenever I apply the brakes to stop. After transmission service today with Tasman BM, the jerking was gone. Car drives smoothly, and Smooth shifting of gears and quiet braking. No more jerking after braking.Matt also gave me a loan car, and I enjoyed my 3hrs drive around in Hyuon Ville.Excellent service. Recommend Tasman BM without reservation.Thank you Matt.

Also had sudden ignition coil failure on my 428i. Matt’s advice to drive straight to his workshop (moderately of course) resulted in a very expeditious repair at a very reasonable price. Superb service. Thoroughly recommended.

Matthew is a friendly guy and got lots of experience of BMW and knows what he's doing......I'd recommend him for all your Europe car especially BMW parts or any repairs.I'm happy with the quick scan he did on my car whereas if you take it to another mechanic. You got to book an appointment and wait for an hour for a quick scan on faults.
