Freedom is so much more than a fitness studio - it's a place of friendship, empowerment & personal growth. I was nervous to try something completely new in the beginning but the instructors and the other students are some of the most loving and supportive women I've ever met and it doesn't take long to truly feel apart of the Freedom Family. Despite some of the assumptions made about pole dancing" this truly is a family friendly studio designed for students of all ages

Taking the leap and joining Freedom Studio has been one of the best decisions I have made in a long time and I can honestly say, it has changed my life in so many positive ways. Natalie has created such a beautiful environment to learn and be inspired in. Her leadership fosters kind, professional and extremely encouraging teachers who make you feel apart of the Freedom Studio Family right from your first class. Every student champions you on with every little win and challenge. I can’t speak more highly of Freedom studio and the team and am so grateful for the confidence and self care it is providing me with. I can officially say, I am addicted to pole!

The most beautiful studio space, and the instructors and students are all so lovely and have zero judgment, only encouragement! There’s so many different classes on offer at different times of the day so there’s something for everyone! And it’s in such a good location to go for a wander along the foreshore after for a coffee or meal! Love this studio and all the girls (and guys) so much!

Such a great studio with amazing instructors! So welcoming it’s like family. Always great inclusive events to join in on outside of classes as well wether it be a Xmas party or a get together on the foreshore. Freedom is more than just an amazing pole studio it’s a second home.

I love going to freedom studio Nat and all of the instructors and students have created such a warm, fun, positive and supportive environment. Every class I know I will have a laugh and walk away with a smile. There's definitely no judgement and no limitations to age or skill level all inclusive. No class ever feels like the same mundane workout.

I have been going to Freedom since 2018 and I don't think I will stop. Pole dancing is addictive on its own, but the instructors at this place make the classes even more fun. Everyone (instructors and students) makes you feel included and part of the family.

Freedom studio is welcoming and friendly, offering many classes in pole, Pilates, stretch, dance fit, yoga and kids classes.Morning classes are kid friendly, and men and women are welcome to the classes.So much fun, huge workout without feeling like a gym.Total body strength, core strength and flexibility increases quickly doing these classes.Love it!

I joined Freedom studio just over 3.5 years ago and I’m never leaving! I was very shy but they immediately welcomed me into the freedom family. The classes are always so much fun and I always leave feeling 10x better! It’s the most uplifting, positive and safe environment I have been a part of!
