Don't waste your time with this company promise they will get back to you and never do. They lie about sending quotes then the other guy will say he is the reason a quote hasn't been sent. Very poor

Bought a 200mm trenching bucket, I gave specs for machine which they confirmed. Bucket arrived and I cannot use without getting modifications done. I raised the issue and was advised to just grind it down and use it. That’s fine for the front ears. Problem is the width at the rear ears are too wide and don’t support the bucket at all. That needs to be added to.I have emailed and sent an sms to the director and no contact. Now I’m out of pocket to pay for the mods. Disappointed with this company. This matter could have been handled a lot better only if they communicated and not just went silent.
