Don’t waste your time or money. 15 days later after placing my order and multiple calls chasing a shipping number I was told the monitors were out of stock and I would be sent different ones. Another week later received the monitors, with one monitor disappearing to a black screen every 10 seconds and the other with cracks and lines throughout. Phone calls to the tech team and advised to return the monitors. Took 16 days to send 1 shipping label, told the team I needed 2 and followed up with phone calls and emails. Took another week to receive the other shipping label. Returned the monitors and requested a refund. Once monitors were returned I followed up with more phone calls and emails, every phone call I was told it was to be processed within 2-3 days. Another 21 days went by with endless phone calls and emails finally I received the refund. Beyond poor customer service at ReBoot it and even worse products.

I purchased a used monitor from Reboot It, it has a fault and they have continually ignored my emails and phone call requests for a return label despite promising me that they would send one.I have now given up on trying to communicate with them after two and a half months and have written off the cost of the monitor as school fees learning to never try to save a $ by purchasing anything from this mob again.Buyer beware.....want a new monitor, computer or phone, just buy a new one from a retail store!!!!

I ordered a refurbished lap top. But it has a lot of scratch marks. Battery was very weak and I can not understand how they labelled this as A grade. It was really a waste of money and the time. After the delivery they did not respond for my emails. Do not recommend.

So far the experience has been extremely disappointing and very poor. The care factor that went into resupplying functioning equipment to our company had been zero with 8 phone calls so far . Purchased 5 Cisco phones, 2 faulty and 4 weeks later I get ZERO help to get them fixed. Today I have to order fro somewhere else . They are cheaper but the service is so poor that the amount of time spent chasing them up actually made it not worth it at all. I only have one star as a I couldn’t go any lower.

Have purchased several items over the last few years with reboot it and have been very satisfied with the service and the quality of Mac and Windows items purchased. The prices are extremely comepetitive to marketplace/ebay and the service and warranties make it a no brainer over other second hand dealers.Highly recommend.

Painful transaction. I've purchased before from Reboot but I won't be returning again. Had an issue with a charging port on an MS Surface Pro which I reported as a defect and was promised a return number the next day. After 2 weeks and several follow up calls, the team still failed to do their job and come back to me with options for replacement. The ordeal eventuated in a replacement with a unit that was clearly B or C grade when I paid for an A grade item. I would have followed this up again but based on recent experience, it's not worth my time to deal with incompetent and lazy people.

I have purchased 3 times now from RebootIT and it’s pretty much hit and miss.First item was a Mac Mini 2012 which has worked pretty good until now considering it’s age. Second was a Surface Pro 4 Tablet which had to be replaced within a week of purchasing which the replacement worked fine.Where things went downhill was when I recently purchased a monitor that was marketed as ‘B’ grade which can show signs of wear or dust. I brought it home and plugged it in but it was obviously damaged and I couldn’t view anything on the screen from my PC (attached image).I emailed them directly to inform them but received no response so instead I dropped in on my way home (Springvale store).The staff member who served me assured me that they are checked before releasing to a customer and when they looked at the image said it looked like it had been ‘smashed’. He then questioned whether it had been rolling around in my car which I assured him I had secured it for the trip home. Thankfully they gave me a replacement which they tested while I was there (this one works as expected).My suggestion would be that they should test it in front of the customer (which they used to do) and get them to sign a declaration before exiting the store.Unfortunately I think this will be my last purchase from RebootIT.

An update on my previous negative review - Reboot It responded to me once I made a negative Google review. They processed my return and refunded my original purchase, despite several delays on my end with being on holidays, etc. In terms of returns, it was a fine process and so now I would trust them more to purchase something and have them honour the return if the item is faulty. I'm satisfied with how it has all been resolved, though I wouldn't recommend getting one of those Mac Displays if they do indeed have a lot of these manufacturing faults. Lots of their other products looked fine though.

I purchased a docking from this place in March, when received the docking, the USB-C charging cable is wrapped with tape. failed to output to a single monitor straight out of the box. No signal was detected. I raised a ticket straight away after receiving the item, no response. I called customer service, was advised they would provide return label, have been waiting for 3 weeks now still no label received regardless I have contacted again and again.UPDATE: After continuous follow ups, this company sent me a replacement unit, tested working fine by far. so this review amended.
