Loved my experience at Nick scali. Helped me immensely. If you want to buy decent furniture that comes with life time warranties on certsin things this is your place to shop. I went to all the other so- called furniture shops, what a complete waste of time. Nick Scarli is the place and they are not as expensive as you think they.

There delivery is pathetic , while selling they claimed that we have plenty of stock & can be delivered 16th Jan. but they didn't delivered on the date on 16th jan. , on contacting they said they will provide another delivery date & will inform but they didn't informed us then we called them again on 18th Jan.they told us that they can deliver on 23rd Jan . only but again now they have rescheduled it on 25th Jan. , let us see whether we get it on 25th or not.

We purchased approx 8k worth of furniture in Feb 2022. We purchased over the phone as delivery was not available at our location. My main complaint is the total lack of communication through the entire process.The extensive delays (we are still waiting for some of the furniture) are understandable in 2022 although i am still totally in the dark about what is going on with our last piece.Pick up from the store is not allowed so we had to arrange our own courier. After many confusing texts, emails and phone calls we had the courier pick up the items in September only to be told they could not release it as a piece was missing. Luckily the courier (who we had prepaid to deliver to regional nsw) insisted and was able to bring most of the items.I was keen to upgrade the dining table but many emails to online sales have gone unanswered. I also would like to know a timeline for the last piece but there seems to be no means communication between sales and dispatch. Those answering the phone are completely unable to help.The furniture that we have is excellent but I would never purchase from Nick Scali again given the process has been so difficult and the service so poor.

Exceptional service here. They listened carefully to our needs and patiently showed us around while we selected a new lounge suite. Our previous lounge suite was from here and still looks great after quite a few years with heavy use. The whole process was simple and stress free.

Never ever I’ll shop here again . Whole team from bottom to top management is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Beware … you are on your own if something goes wrong with your product as all they are interested in is to take your hard earned money. If there was -100 for ratings they don’t even deserve that .

Update April 2023: Providing a further update to warn others to never shop at this store.I rarely post reviews, but felt compelled to warn others to avoid using Nick Scali Canberra given the incredibly poor service I have received.A longer outline of the original issue is provided below, however the short version is that I purchased a new queen bed frame that was delivered with a broken leg.Despite advising NS within 24 hours of the broken part (complete with photos), they then took more than 2 months to arrange a time to send a service person out.That service person showed up with no knowledge of our issue, and no replacement part (though was nice enough to acknowledge the part was faulty, and take the same photos we already sent them). So after yet another call I have had to make to them, I have just found out it will be another two months before yet another service person can attend.So, all in all, 4 months and counting for a simple replacement part. Though maybe I am expecting too much for them to show up with the part this time.Beyond that, they never respond to emails, and have never once called me back like they promise to when I call their service centre.It has reached the stage where I am considered approaching Fair Trading to try resolve this issue.My free advice is that Canberra has plenty of other alternative furniture stores where I have purchased other items and had a great experience. It will be my last time using this company. Why take the risk again of purchasing damaged furniture that Nick Scali will do every in their power to not rectify?For a company that took huge government financial handouts during the pandemic, it is a shame they try to cut costs at every corner, and will happily screw over customers to protect their bottom line. But I am sure wherever he is, Nick and the Exec team are doing just fine.Also, still waiting for a response to the email the NS Team advised me to send in their response below. Any day now I'm sure...(Original post Feb 2023)Purchased a new bed frame that was delivered and installed with a broken leg one week ago. After following up multiple times with the service team this week, have just been told it will be another 5 weeks before they can get a technician to look at it (i.e. a 5 minute job) replace the single broken part. So nearing two months without use of the bed we purchased. Quite unhappy with the level of service process by Nick Scali here.

I am writing this on behalf of my elderly parents who had a terrible experience purchasing a lounge. The deliver date was changed 4 times. They waited most of a Saturday before being told the delivery truck broke down and then told on the Monday that the delivery was scheduled for the next Saturday. After complaining the delivery was brought forward to the Thursday. The delivery staff were rude and disrespectful and then left the packaging behind after quickly jumping in their truck stating they would be back to pick it up. Of course they did not return.Not good enough Nick Scali. People in their 80s deserve better.

Very bad experience the second time with Nick Scali Canberra. We did not get what we paid for. And they don’t want to talk about it. We got our lounge delivered after 3 months. Not what we expected and one of the recliners was not working. Very poor customer service. We wanted what was displayed on the floor and paid the price displayed but got much smaller lounge without the corner part. And we are told this is what we ordered. Why would we pay the price of a much bigger corner lounge with 5-6 seats for a 3-4 seater one. And they never returned my call when I wanted to complain. It was a big disappointment buying from Nick Scali. We will never go back again.

We have purchased most of the furniture through Nickscali Canberra Fishwick for our new home.Dining table had few scratch marks. Informed it timely and had to communicate with service department several times to get a technician for the inspection. Technician came almost after 2 months to have a look at the defect. He was late with the appointment time. He kept us waiting. Then declared that the scratch marks were created by us. We were surprised and told that the scratch marks were informed promptly and they were there from the beginning. But he never accepted it.We went to Nickscali with enormous amount of trust and they have breached it already. We would not recommend them for anyone else in Canberra
