What a vibe! If you haven't been to karaoke - you are missing out on an experience. Celebrated my birthday here with a large group and was taken care of on top of it being a busy Saturday night. Customer service is top tier here. Love that you no longer need to travel to the city for karaoke if you live in Western Sydney. Ubers are much cheaper because of the distance and time is now saved for more Backstreet boys and Drake tunesssss. Cheers for the night!

Staff were very friendly, a great place to go in an area that doesn't have much of an atmosphere.Unfortunately going late at night you can feel intimidated from walking inside due to the rougher than usual crowd to your average karaoke .But the venue is great it's self . Amazing on the inside . It had every song you need and the drink options were great .Food located next door was very helpful.Keep up the great work

Shout out to Charlie who went above and beyond to fit my booking in for a post wedding party as I had originally booked for the wrong date. Whoops!Charlie made the process stress free and my friends and I all had a great night! VIP is my go to karaoke bar.Great staff, heaps of song choices, drinks are mixed well and facilities are always clean.

Great venue. Super accommodating and variety at the bar. Plenty of space and I really like how there's a small en-suite for the big room. Will come again :)

Wow where do I start, well customer service was great thank you, very polite stuff, clean place, alot of songs to select from. My first time and I enjoined my night with afew of my cousins.. recommend to friends n family or just anyone who is looking for a place to have a fun time at, this is the place.
