Extended warranty does not protect the consumerI have a combo washer dryer with extended warranty and after 4 visits of the technicians to repair the machine (a 3rd party of the Good Guys) and 2,5 months later I still have no working machine and only response from The Good Guys is to wait until it's fixed.The Good Guys do not provide any assistance (you have to call the 3rd party yourself), reject to reimburse the cost of the apliance or chase the 3rd party themselves to get to an agreement.The extended warranty is a money grab and The Good Guys are selling a 3rd party service and do not own their responsibilities with their costumers when it comes to activate the so called Gold service extras""

I purchased a 75inch tv and extended the warranty. 4 month after purchase it was playing up and I followed procedures and had them diagnose the problem over the phone. This helped but didn’t fix the issue I went in and the staff member put another warranty claim through and I waited for a call. This never came, I called them and sat on hold 23 mins before requesting a call back.They did but the phone rang twice and cut off before I could answer I called them back 2 mins after their call and again sat on hold before requesting another call. This was 1032am yesterdayI’m still awaiting a call.In frustration I went back to good guys store where I was told they have 2 weeks by law to get back to me and up to a month before they can take it further.I informed him I paid for the concierge warranty he shrugged and said that’s what it is, he would email someone at head office but if he doesn’t return my call come back in a month. WT@ how do they sleep at nightI told him if I didn’t get a call before the end of the week next week I would return it to the shop to which I not sure what he said but it sounded like good luck with that !!!!!!Disgusting service I wish I could put 0 stars

the service was great I felt safe and respected. the store looked after our goods until we were ready for them to be delivered. Brett the sales person was so knowledgeable about the products too. Every store needs “Brett”. I am happy with what I purchased so that’s always a good thing We’ll done Joondalup store and Brett.

I went to the Good Guys in Joondalup to buy a small electric worktop cooker. I was approached by Stella the sales lady who gave me first class customer service. She not only offered a good price but enquired if I needed help to take my purchase to the checkout or to my car. As a retired lady on this occasion I did not but her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated.

Staff member was snotty and dismissive. Wont be back. emEnded up going to the Butler store later that morning and was told that the item i wanted was in stock at Joondalup (after being told it wasnt) and they would arrange for it to be transferred to Butler. I picked it up today. Many thanks to Natasha and Liam.
