The Manager displayed little to no respect or patience for the obviously new staff member who served me at the register. I'm reluctant to return to a store that favours rudeness and 'getting it right' over kindness and patience. We were all new at our jobs once.

The shop itself is quite nice. Displays well organised and the price is definitely right. But the staff are so incredibly RUDE. I live close so have been here many times, and each time I'm surprised how rude the staff are. Nobody says hello when you enter if they need to get past you they just barge past without saying excuse me. Each time I visit I feel really unwelcome. As my mother says manners are fee. I doubt I'll bother returning.

I would love to shop here regularly, as the items in-store are quite nice, however, the customer service is so poor, staff ignore you , offer little help upon request and are rude and belligerent, to the point where you just tend to walk out. Its a real shame, as the place has a lot of potential, but the manager and staff attitude has been poor, every time, so I wont be back.

The staff members, particularly the woman with glasses and dark bob hair, as well as the guy with ginger hair, exhibited extreme arrogance and rudeness. It was an incredibly unpleasant customer experience. While I typically refrain from writing reviews, I couldn't ignore the numerous negative experiences shared by many others. Although there was one pleasant lady among the staff . She was warm and lovely .But the woman with glasses and dark bob hair seriously needs to fire her for the business.

The staff members are so rude and impatient, especially the women with glasses. The most horrible customer experience i have ever received at a retail store. Will never be returning and WILL NOT recommend this store to anyone. If u want to experience rude, horrible customer service and arrogant staff members then this is the best place to go.
