My technician was lovely however she kept leaving during the appointment to attended to customers, so it took a lot longer than I’d anticipated. There was also not a lot of colour range for the tint as even the lightest colour was a few shades too dark for me.

I had the most amazing service yesterday at the Benefit Brow Bar in Myer Garden City. I only regret not getting my technicians name so I could rave about her to the management, but she is Irish and newly arrived to Australia. She was so wonderful. Put me completely at ease as I hadn’t had my brows done there since before having my son at the end of 2020. She matched the colour of my tiny perfectly and waxed the perfect shape. All whilst being personable and friendly. Ten out of ten would recommend!

Roxanne is absolutely amazing! She is literally the brow queen! My brows have never looked better...I always walk way from every appointment amazed at how fabulous they are tinted and shaped. Cannot recommend her enough! Do yourself a favour girls, and go see Rocky at the Booragoon store! You will not be disappointed x

I’ve been coming here only for a few months but I could not emphasise more how much I highly recommend Roxanne! She is absolutely amazing with my brows! I hadn’t had them done in ages but now I remember why I need them done because now they look incredible, thanks to her handy work! If you need someone to do your brows, go to this gem, because you won’t regret it :)
