ERVA nail spa

If you want to experience something special then, this is the place to go. I felt so welcomed and felt like i have been going there for ages. extraordinary humans and their services. Nails were begging for some love and that's exactly what i got.

Terrible customer service. Charging my credit card (given to secure my booking online & charged without my permission) after a gift voucher bought from them was deemed to be invalid.I was given a $100 gift voucher & booked in for a pedicure. On departure I gave the staff my gift voucher that was purchased 3 months prior. I was phoned a few minutes after leaving initially being told that the gift voucher was only valid for $80 & I had to return to pay the extra $20. I contested this & spoke to person who bought the voucher who confirmed they paid $100. I tried to call back, but there was no answer. Later on the same day, I received a text message saying as they were unable to process the gift voucher, $100 had been deducted from my credit card! The following day I called to contest & was told I would only be refunded the money if the person who bought the gift voucher could show proof of the money being deducted from their bank account. This was provided & the money was subsequently returned. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Erva has been incredible since the day they opened their doors. They've created a beautiful nail parlour that does exquisite work, and make you feel fabulous when you leave the shop. My nails have never been in better shape, I've always been treated with amazing customer service, and I always look forward to the experience and the me time" I get when I go for a mani. It is a parlour that doesn't rush

Terrible experience!!! Would not recommend. I turned up 15minutes late to my appointment in which I was apologetic for and understand minor frustrations around this. I had booked in for a manicure and pedicure, however the manager responded poorly and was very rude to me as soon as I walked in and explained that I could only choose one or the other, but pay for both as 'it's on the terms and conditions.' It was the worst customer service I've experienced and completely wrong to charge someone for a service that you don't receive. The experience was certainly opposite to what I had imaged, whilst being on holidays in Burleigh.On the contrary, Jasmine (one of the nail technicians) was very kind throughout the whole situation and did a really good job.The management needs to be improved.

I had a lovely experience today at ERVA. A special mention to my technician Rhi who was so lovely and caring throughout my whole appointment. She went the extra mile to take care of my needs and I can’t thank the whole team enough for accommodating my appointments throughout the busy Christmas period. I’m forever grateful. Thanks so much Rhi and the ERVA team. Xx

First visit for a pedicure crystal clear & pedicure kind for my partner. Shoutout to Jasmyn for being so kind, welcoming & informative with my pedicure. Top notch service from start to finish by the team.

Beautiful Pedi, gorgeous, relaxing 'zen' salon! My feet have never looked lovelier. The polish was applied to perfection - shiny, no smudges, no overspill. The herbal tea was also delicious. Thank you to Laura and the lovely, friend ERVA team. I really enjoyed my hour with you and it was well worth the 40 minute drive from Labrador - Vicky x

Nice salon but shocking treatment of nails. Results after having product removed are horrific.

Erva is a beautiful relaxing place. I have been going since they first opened and very lucky to have found them.I use to be a nail picker, now my nails are long and beautiful and strong!They are always accommodating and helpful and the services are so thought out got the best experience.Thank you!
