Had arthroscopic knee surgery. Meniscus repair and microfracture of knee cartilage. Jeff and his team are great. Worked with me to get my knee back in shape and back to normal activity.

Great place! Jeff was very informational from the start, briefing me on my injury. Therapy and exercises that he suggest were very well scheduled on my road to recovery!

I only had two sessions with Jeff, and felt a massive improvement on my knee injury.. it was hard to pinpoint what was causing the pain.. but Jeff had me do exercises on my hamstring and it helped so much..The knowledge and experience definitely shows with this physiotherapy group! Definitely recommend coming back.

The team at Baysictechnique really helped me with overcoming the setbacks and challenges from injury. They provided hands on treatment, exercises and rehab that allowed me to work around this, to ensure that I could still participate in sport and exercise without worsening the injury.They we’re extremely helpful and knowledgeable and educated me in ways improve my movements and technique to prevent future injury. I am thankful for there help and grateful that my body is feeling great and able to perform movements without pain again.

I was referred to Jeff by my GP for my ankle injury. I was seen by Jeff and Matt - I was given simply but also challenging exercises to follow at home to strengthen my ankle. Had multiple sessions over a few months as I recovered from an ankle sprain. Jeff, Sharoz and the team have been so incredibly supportive and helpful throughout every session. I was refereed to Baysictechnique Physiotherapy after an unfortunate car accident in August 2021. I have been seeing Jeff and his team of physiotherapist. They are all professional, knowledgeable and caring. This is a superb physio centre where the patient is always put first. I'm very impressed with the way the problem is analysed and how personalized the exercise program is. Jeff and his team spent time explaining to me the underlying cause of the problem so I fully understand what needs to be corrected and can better manage similar issues in the future. Sustained overuse injuries in my arm through poor recovery/form and was referred to Jeff. I started my physiotherapy at the beginning of April and safe to say within the past two months, I was given a solid foundation of knowledge and treatment I needed to get back on track with my training.I was experiencing tricep/shoulder/forearm pain which led to weak grip strength. Affected my everyday performance and I was concerned for my long term health. Jeff was able to distinguish the root of the pain and provided a road map to recovery. We started with the fundamentals and progressively implemented more specific exercises to develop grip strength and minimise muscle tightness. I’m now back in the gym and feeling good about making my 100% recovery.Highly recommend Jeff and the team for your health needs, they’re very experienced in their field and i’d return again if I needed to. From great consultations and exercises to combat injury, these guys are definitely worth seeing!
