Body Barre Air

I haven't been going to Body Barre Air for very long still getting used to the classes. I tried the Barre class and I am really enjoying it. Would really like to try a Reformer Pilates class but it is very hard to get into a class.

Amazing studio- really enjoy the classes. A variety of different fitness classes on offer. The app is super easy to book classes and find class timetables. I would highly recommend Body Barre to anyone looking to start their fitness journey.

Staff are welcoming, instructors are very skilled and knowledgeable about the programs they are leading. Really enjoying the experience.

I found Body Barre Air/AerialFit a few years ago and have been a regular at aerial yoga ever since. The studio staff are friendly and helpful and the instructors know their stuff. If you want a small class size and friendly people this is the place to go. You can even go out the back and try an aerial class in taster days! Lots of class variety and every changing playlists to spice up your workouts. If you are unsure what classes are like you can get a month pass and try all the different classes to find what suits your best. I highly recommend this studio.
