At Subway Plumpton the Staff were rude, talking to each other rather than concentrating on not only me but also the customers in front or behind me, they were telling me what I can and cannot have on my sub, that my sub MUST look like the pictures on their boards. Ummm, i think I know what I want on my own sandwich that I" am paying for!?? The food itself was fine

Absolutely disgusting and rude staff. Asked for extra olives as this is all I get on my sandwich which wasn't an issue in any other store. Was given 3 extra ones and when I asked for more was told that this is the maximum I can get as they have to follow stupid formula. First time to hear this on subway. The whole idea and what makes subway different to other food stores is that you get to customise your own sandwich ruined the experience for us and ended up leaving. Go to Glendenning store 2 mins extra drive and you get what you want.

When I told the girls working there to 'Get it together and stop making mistakes like giving me wrong bread and asking 3 times if I wanted cheese One of the staff members called me a "Marachod" then when I asked what she said she denied it. Food was awful also."

Subway reviewYoung lady today dropped the cheese onto the counter and put it back on the sandwich. Which was disgusting. I told her to make a new one and she looked confused and didn’t understand proper English. I called out to another worker and asked if she could serve us instead as the lady dropped the cheese on the counter and was not understanding what I was saying. The worker I called out for then stated “no she will serve you because she is the specialist”. how is she the specialist? She doesn’t understand any form of English and she was cross contaminating the food. I ended up walking away.Instead of sticking up for your employees you should teach them basic food hygiene practices and basic English skills!

just bought 2 footlong, paid for extra cheese and tell the girls to put extra jalapeno and olives ...... there is no cheese , no jalapeno, no olives on both.Just salad tomato and chicken. The WORST subway i ever had.

Ordered lunch here today, chicken was hard and chewy with a strange taste! I order the chicken classic all the time from other subways but this was so bad I had to spit out the only bite I had taken and throw away the rest of the sub!It is worth noting that all I have on my sub is the chicken and cheese so it is not a hard sub to make and this was still totally inedible due to what I can only imagine was bad chicken! :(

Thay are very light on toppings you can count the amount of salad that's put on each roll and thay still got the order wrong after haveing to repeat myself twice defiantly won't go back highly recommend avoiding the plumpton subway

went to subway, never experienced such bad service. the ladies that served questioned what i got and told me to speak english properly while taking my order. they spoke to each other in there own laungage then laughed then looked at me with a dirty look. when coming to checking out she was completely disrespectful and would not recommend, when getting my order wrong, i corrected her with manners only for her to ro her eyes

Please hire better employees for the sake of this company. The staff is so rude and over smart. Today I placed an order for 2 Chipotle Quadiyas and 2 Garlic toasties and I noticed that the Indian lady putting 2 pinches of cheese (actual pinch like how you add salt) and once asked about the quantity, she gave me the most dumbest answer that anyone can ever think of, she told me that it costs 2$ and that's what you're gonna get. Opon finishing the order she gave me an ugly smile and said here's your order that you were arguing for". I could have said some really mean stuff too

I got 3x falafel on a large salad bowl. I wonder how many pieces you put on a small order? All orders including subs all have very little sauce.
