Not impressed with Taco Bill Blackburn at all. The woman in charge, seemingly the manager, who was the only staff working was rude and completely disrespectful. She was looking my friends and I up and down and staring at us the whole time we were there. She did not even write down our orders and got all of them wrong and it was cold. After she gave us our food, she then left to go outside with a customer to smoke, whilst still staring at us through the front window. The bathroom in the restaurant was dirty and very unclean. To add to this, at the very end of our meal, she went on FaceTime to someone loudly and was walking around with her phone. So disappointed with my time here.

Food was okay and decent sizes however service was not great, they seemed disinterested and just doing the basics of customer service. At one point they were walking around on their phone on FaceTime which wasn’t a great look.

Always great food. Staff are friendly. It can get a bit drafty in winter. But its cool in summer. Decent size servings. Share a desert as they are just as huge as a main.

just got nachos via UberEats and they were fantastic. i used to go to the taco bill in Ringwood/Croydon area all the time as a kid, especially for birthdays, and eating these nachos genuine had me feeling that way again for a second. whether you take it as a review for this particular taco bill or just taco bill as a franchise, it’s at the very least my personal favourite Mexican place

We had a lovely dinner there. The food was tasty but the first mango slushie was very sour which we thought was a lemon slushie. After informing the waitress we were offered a replacement with a second mango slushie which was better. The atmosphere was pleasant and would have been better if it was less dim.Overall we were happy and would be returning customers.

Visited this store for the first time. I normally go to the city one and it’s quite fantastic. This one was horrible. The woman who served us was super rude and impolite. The food was equally horrible. No flavours at all. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go in and waste their Friday night like we did.

I use to have Taco Bill's all the time, but recently after a long break, I decided to try it again and it seems to have changed. It seems a bit expensive for what you get, the food is alright but you can get much better quality food elsewhere for the same price if not cheaper. Staff were lovely though and gave good service.

Nachos were great but tacos (soft/ hard) and burrito bowls were very plain in taste. If I could give some feedback to Taco Bill Blackburn It would be to improve flavours and include sides (sour cream ,salsa) with taco dishes.Service here was average - at one point we had to walk up and approach staff for another drink. I would probably only return for a snack and a drink.

Absolutely horrible chicken tacos. They were flavourless and loaded with tomatoes (which tasted stale). Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I signed up to Club Taco which entitled me to a 25% off voucher (and I think also something on your birthday) which made the $80 something dollar bill for two people with no alcohol a bit more reasonable. For the type of food this is, it is definitely on the expensive side. Disappointed the frozen slushie machine wasn’t working alsoOriginal reviewWe had a discount voucher for here from a hotel, one of those to do things in Melbourne (not sure this is entirely a must do in melb thing but anywho) and I was surprised to see they have spruced up the menu. While it’s been modernised I don’t care for the calorie count next to the menu items!Nachos to share, a combination each and the Mexican punch. This was $66 so not bad and with the discount even better
