The Bumper Doctor

Today I had taken my car to The Bumper Doctor" located at "Loganholme" here in Brisbane and I would like to share my experience with the general community.My car had panel damage and when I left the damage was professionally repaired

I had some damage on the rear of my car. The team took care of the main damage no problems. Very happy with their work however on closer inspection there were some top coat issues on the rear bumper that were pointed out to me by another professional. When I contacted Glenn about it, at first seemed like he would do what needs to be done to fix it as long as I come in. However after a few text messages, I was told not to text anymore (after asking if he would charge for taking another look at the job). Upon trying to book another appointment, he had a negative attitude to not being able to book it in as he was flat out.In conclusion:I would say definitely use this service however take photos prior to the repair and also inspect ALL aspects of the job as coming back to fix any repairs are frowned upon.Improvement on the service:- try to better your customer care- make sure you retain receipts- email confirmation of the job- don't tell clients not to text anymore (especially when the messages being sent are courteous)

The Bumper Doctor far exceeded my expectations.I was treated with respect and was provided a very competitive price for my repairs.I was blown away by the speed of my repairs and service that was provided.I dropped my car off after doing a busy night shift and they dropped me home.My car was ready the same day, which was totally unexpected considering the work that needed doing.I highly recommend this business and will be doing so throughout my nursing Colleagues and My list of friends and family.My car is a tricky colour match (Mazda Soul Red) and they perfected the match.It looks new again.Thank you to the entire team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was referred by a good friend whom had a good experience, for myself this wasn't the case. Good point 1 was the colour match, other then that I'm very unhappy with his work! Had to go back that same day as he didn't colour match my mag wheels as they we're to be fixed also he wasn't very accommodating when we spoke about it and left me with a sour taste in my mouth and there was some touch ups we agreed upon and all he did to cover it up was a cut and polish, very dishonest and I would not recommend him to anyone who loves there vehicle

I don't often give a five star rating but this instance is exceptional. After dealing with our insurance company over a minor accident to my sons car (he had only had it 6 weeks) and was not at fault, I was told the car was a write off which for my son meant a substantial loss of money and an investment in time and stress looking once again for that elusive first car. We did have comprehensive insurance but the payout would not have replaced the car being written off. We sought a 2nd opinion and were incredibly lucky to find Glen and The Bumper Doctor. Glen instantly put me at ease, he and his team thoroughly looked at the car and advised that it was indeed repairable- he provided a quote to our insurance company that same day. The quote was accepted and the repairs were completed to a high standard in quick time. I can't recommend Glen and his team highly enough. This is a professional business with a high regard for their clients and an attitude of doing it for you not to you. I will be recommending The Bumper Doctor to all my friends and family - I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with this company - so refreshing to receive this level of professionalism and service. Glen was totally professional in the handling of my job. The repair wasn't cheap however you get what you pay for and this job was the best. I had a fairly nasty scratch across the back of my car (pearl white with silver fleck) and after the repair it looks as good as new. Totally recommend this service!! Thanks so much.

I cannot thank Glenn and Dean enough for their great work. Scratched my car on Monday afternoon and needed repairs done urgently. I rang Glenn and then sent through some photos. That afternoon he gave me a price and told me he could have Dean come out Wednesday morning. The work was amazing and they were absolutely amazing to work with. Cannot recommend enough! Today i had my bumper repaired and repainted, Perfect colour match and perfect finish to the bumper. These guys are easy to deal with with none of the bull#$&t that comes from other paint and panel shops. Very reasonable price and the job was done on time. Will definitely be telling everyone about this place.
