I wouldn’t go back,I’ve had not had only my car but my partners car and also my brothers car serviced here at Auto Masters Kalgoorlie and we were all told our cars needed a “list” long of maintenance done on each of our vehicles, costing thousands. We all never took our cars back as they were absolutely fine and I didn’t need the extra $2500 maintenance done on my car as he tried quoting me. I have found another mechanic who I find reliable and trustworthy and doesn’t try charge me and my family an arm and a leg for petty maintenance.

I do not recommend to anyone at all.Went there to diagnose why the engine is not turning on and ended up with the strangest explanation I've ever heard without anything being fixed. I was suggested to do an engine swap ($7000).Avoid this place

Very helpful team! I dropped in after my car started idling rough and the mechanic had a look and diagnosed my issue free of charge despite being busy.

Had a prob following a service error with a fuel clip. But they were quick to rectify it. Though it did cost me $12 for the taxi home. Car is stalling some times.. Ill see how it goes. But may have to get it checked if it continues? But g

Had my car serviced and magically 20 things were wrong with it and I was told they can't let me leave with the car because it was unsafe , took it elsewhere no faults found

Absolute scamCharged $800 for a transmission flush. Reassured that the problem was fixed. On the drive home the “transmission fault” light reappeared on the dash.Dropped it off the next day and it has been chaos since then. They had my car for 4 days with no fix or any attempt to rectify the situation.Called head office in Perth - informed that I was charged for a “genuine Ford brand oil” when in fact it was just Penrite oil that was used.Informed they took the car for a test drive and all the codes were cleared, the next day the Head Office Manager informed me it was in fact not actually taken for the test drive.I was informed I was also charged for services and products that were not stated on our invoice.The Head Office Manager informed me the misinformation was from a language barrier between the mechanics and the store manager. What a load of cr*p.We finally picked up our car on the 4th day,with oil drops covered on the front windshield.We have asked for a refund and/or repair and were denied. We have contacted the ACA and will be making a claim.Avoid this place.- Grace :)

UNWORTHY HOPELESS" MECHANIC WHO CHARGES EXCESSIVELY TO DO A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE..INSTEAD OF ORDINARY MAJOR SEVICE..NOT RECOMMENDED FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS..."

With TWO attempts for a quote for the same job, and two promises of Them calling me back by the end of the day… (nothing) poor customer service .
