Today I purchased my 5th rug from these guys and once again received the same level of exceptional service I received on my first visit just over a year ago. Simon and Chris have at all times gone out of their way to help me source and buy the exact rug i need for both my home and office and i keep coming back whenever there’s a new space to fill. Having well researched the competitors in Melbourne I’m pretty convinced this is the best match of quality, durability, price and service you’ll find. They also have an ever changing range of designs so i haven’t yet walked into a friends house and seen any of my rugs which is a big bonus!

Excellent customer service, beautiful collection of rugs. Ok, so I ended up purchasing elsewhere (from the other side of the Yarra, I am a proud bogan) I had the pleasure of meeting Simon, the owner of the business and he was a delight to talk with. Chris and others in customer service have been extremely helpful and I can only highly recommend this business and their product. The Rug Collection is always my first stop when sourcing beautiful rugs and furniture for my clients homes. The vast product range allows me to effortlessly find the perfect piece and with quick turn around times the rugs are generally the first pieces to be delivered. Kate and the team are always very helpful and available for any questions I might have.

The staff here are absolutely lovely. Really great with advice, patient and helpful. We’ve ordered a number of rugs now through here and quality is amazing. They are great with organising pick up from their warehouse. The warehouse team are equally as lovely and helpful. I could have hung out all day with them.

I've been sourcing client rugs from The Rug Collection for many years now. The rugs themselves are beautiful and the customer service exemplary.

Close to the worst post-sale customer service experiences I have had. We were sold a brand new couch in Aug-19 with a mediocre foam that became apparent within a month of sitting on it. We took our concern to the company, and basically were told 'the leather was good quality' and that they saw no fault. We had it assessed by an independent couch reupholster who confirmed the foam was worthless, and provided a report to the company...the company still held their stance, claiming the 'frame is in good quality'.I'd STRONGLY discourage any customer from buying from this company if they are expecting post-sale service.I'd also highly encourage the company to STOP SELLING FURNITURE, as they simply have no clue about what makes a quality product!!You live and die by your reputation, and I hope you make a significant change in your attitude to customers.

After buying multiple rugs from these guys for both our home & Office I stumbled across the reviews they’ve been given here and had to comment! I’m not sure who has written the negative reviews but they can’t possinly be customers! We were referred here by many friends who’ve had excellent experiences that led to our initial purchase. We are ourselves very difficult and demanding customers and the level of customer service we’ve received has been exceptional from Chris and Simon! The rugs are great value and quality albeit not cheap, but you pay for what you get. I can’t recommend them high enough for quality & service!

Poor customer service. Went with the intention to purchase a rug and two staff on the floor didn't acknowledge my presence let alone approach or come out from behind the desk, and the other staff member who was actually serving customers could barely bother to glance in my direction. Very disappointing and I wouldn't spend a cent here on principle.
