Money was stolen out of my vehicleI spoke with Monique on the phone she said I could come check the cameras.I get there an I speak with the manager an he is showing pictures taken on his mobile phone of other peoples belongings in other peoples cars.I asked to see the cameras an there was multiple excuses as to why I couldn’t see the cameras.The manager also said there had been previous situations where other peoples belongings have been stolen.I didn’t expect to get the money back I just wanted them to know there is a thief working in the company but that’s obviously known & nothing is being done about it.Bunch of delinquents.

Great team of new car sales reps. As soon as you walk in, customer service excellence. Nice facility with a coffee machine available. Service and spare parts bit open ion weekend but new and used car sales open. Plenty of customer parking

NOT RECOMMENDED !!!This is coming from someone who worked as a mechanic before.please avoid getting trapped in the lies of these scammersDon't buy their fake smiles. Receptionists and managers are thinking about their bonuses and they are overbooking a lot of jobs for one dayThe mechanics are rushing the jobs if you drop off your car in the morning and see lots of cars line up in their little drive way make a U-turn and go somewhere elseyour car suppose to drive smoothly after a full service but in my case it's different I hear noises which I never heard before servicing my car and the car runs very roughFull service wasn't the only job on my car, had electrical issue and worn out front brakes Requested to diagnose and replace front brakes. It didn't happen only because they were too busyThat's why I assume that my car didn't even get full serviced according to the service history book because I got a text to come and pick up the car only after 2 hrs dropping it off and never got informed that the brakes And the electrical issue wasn't fixed.Bunch of liars, not a trustworthy company not honest with what they doing.

So happy with their service! We purchased a new car with our Sales Representative Robert! He was extremely accomodating and so nice to talk to, he explained to our family every little detail and would answer any of our questions. We are so happy with their service and will recommend them to all our friends and family

The lady, Elizabeth? has treated me very rude in previous interactions and made me felt like my personal choice and decisions were entirely wrong. I understand her job but she really pushed and made me felt unwelcome with Western Toyota. I will not visit here again and nor will my associates. You cannot talk to people like that.

I dropped my Ute at 9am, for a service was told the Ute would be back 12, I had to call back at 2:30, they said the would be ready by 3pm I explained to them i need the Ute no later by 3 so I still have time to go and pick up stock from a warehouse, so I can go to work the next day or if there isn’t enough time provide me with a temporary car so I can atleast go get my stock they assured me it would be ready by 3pm and I would have nothing to worry about, I got there at 3pm had to wait till 4:15pm, and now the warehouse is closed and I can’t work, tried to call to make a complaint and they just hung up on me in my face, very disappointed
