We feel we did a lot of research before deciding to choose Jaric to install air conditioning in two bedrooms as well as some electrical work throughout our home in Alexandra Hills. We chose Jaric not based on price, but they were very competitive, but after meeting Terry and listening to his helpful advice we realised we would be crazy to go anywhere else. The professional service continued through the installation process and the electrical works. We are happy to recommend Jaric and wish them continued business success.

I was seeking an air conditioner unit for a small bedroom and came across Jaric just through a Google search. From the initial phone conversation right through to the technician arriving on-time (to Cleveland) - Jaric were excellent. Although the install was challenging due to the bedroom's location and the piping having to go through the ceiling and a confined space, the install couldn't be more neat and tidy. Overall, I'm very impressed with their work and professionalism. Will use them for my next install.

John has completed several AC jobs for me in the past few years, always found his workmanship to be excellent, and prices are reasonable. If you need a good, honest, tradesman with great customer service, then JARIC AC are the people to call.

These guys did everything they said they would. Prompt service from initial visit all the way through to installation. As promised the new air conditioner is whisper quiet which is great in the bedroom and the guys even cleaned up after themselves and attached the remote to the wall (a first, normally I have to do this!)

Jaric Air Conditioning completed our Aircon installation at Everton Hills QLD. They answered our phone call the first time we called (unlike a lot of other companies ), there was no delay or waiting period in conducting the work. The technician who did the installation was polite and friendly. The price was very competitive with other companies and good value. They cleaned and removed all meds including the broken machine for recycling.

John and Dylan installed a commercial ducted airconditioning unit in our office in Cleveland, as well as relocated a Mitsubishi Split system from the office to our home in Redland Bay. Prompt, reliable and fairly priced. I then proceeded to use the team for re-organising all our lighting and powerpoints in the office as well as a new switchboard. Once booked in our jobs were completed without a hassle. I honestly highly recommend the team at JARIC for their professional service. Thanks again John and Dylan.

I had some sensors and a floodlight set up outside and Matt didn't give up til they all worked together. They also installed an A/C unit in bedroom. Very happy with Jaric, have used them before.

The after sales service for Mitsubishi heavy industries air conditioners supplied by this Jaric was substandard to say the least.They seemed rude and disinterested in supplying services on behalf of MHI, like they were doing paying customers a favour by turning up.First contact was end of November and I Waited 2 weeks for an appointment which I thought was for repair only to find out on the day it was just for diagnostic not repair with a fee of $150 which was not disclosed prior to Jaric attending, I was then told the fault was caused by ants in the system and not covered by warranty and I would receive a quote for repair in 24 hours, I had to contact MHI to follow up as I never received the promise quote for repair from Jaric, Mitsubishi did very generously supply the part free of charge but I had to contact Jaric again to follow up on the cost to fit it as they failed to email it. only then did I receive a verbal quote over the phone for $250 for labourI then waited another 2 weeks which they claim was caused by MHI sending the part and Jaric do not book the repair appointment until the part arrives, after 5 weeks from me contacting MHI with very little notice Jaric rang to attend 2 days before Christmas.Jaric demanded payment of their fee on arrival and refused to issue a proper receipt instead sending an invoice with $0 owning which is not proof of purchase or a tax receipt for warranty.I wanted to keep the removed part which when I inspected did not have any visible signs of infestation or ant damage that had be stated to void the warranty.Jaric after refused to allow me to keep the item and a new employee arrived and the Jaric employees then trespassed by reentering my property after being asked to leave and started to remove the new part that I had paid to be fitted as an ultimatum to letting them take the old part that belonged to me as it was part of the original purchase of the air conditioner.As a widowed mother with young special needs children in the house I felt threatened through out this situation and asked them to leave several time which they refused.This experience will impact my decision to buy Mitsubishi heavy industries air conditioners in the future as this is not what I would expect from a company acting on behalf of MHI.I have been assured by MHI that I would not have to use Jaric in the future for which I am thankful

Jaric installed our ducted air conditioning at Victoria Point a couple of months ago. We found John from Jaric to be very professional and he had thorough knowledge of the equipment and explained everything to us in detail. The installers were very efficient and friendly making the installation an easy process. We're very glad to have made the right choice in choosing Jaric Air Conditioning.
