Wolves Bike Den

I like to support local businesses but every time I've been served by the woman at Wolves Bike Den I cop ordinary service with attitude. The one time she didn't serve me the 15mm cone spanner I bought was dodgy.I figured I'd give them another shot. Today the woman served me and again, miserable attitude. She seemed annoyed that I even entered the store.I'm done this time.

As per the last review, don’t even bother going to this shop. Useless.

We went in looking for a bike that would suit our young family. Steve gave us awesome advice and helped us get what we wanted. Loving my new bike and we even purchased a bike carrier on our second visit to the store.Steve is brilliant, I would highly recommend supporting this store.

Terrible service walked in looking for a bike for our daughter which immediately the lady said can't help you this is it we not getting any bikes in. No other solutions or anything offered then she walked off. Was very disinterested in us. I get that covid has made getting bikes in hard however we are not to know that. Very disappointing as previously had great service.

Great service and the best quality products. Don't try and do it yourself. Take your bike down and get Steve to service it for you.These guys are experts.

Have not purchased as yet, but the customer service from this place has been fantastic. Very flexible and genuinely want to help. Have gone out of their way to help me with my purchase, and have definitely gained a new customer. Will update when I have bought.

Took my bike here after it was poorly assembled by another retailer. I was initially quoted $60 for a clean and adjustment. I also was told that the one month old brake pads would need to be replaced as they were ineffective. After being charged $140 for the job I test-rode the bike in the car park. I noticed the brakes were still as ineffective as they were beforehand. Upon querying this, expecting to be told it was normal, the bloke asked the younger mechanic about the service he did. He was told he couldn't remember the job. They ended up replacing the pads there and then. I suspect that I was charged $140 for a job that wasn't done at all as the bike was not cleaned as requested and pads were not replaced. It was lucky that I tested the bike before leaving, otherwise I would be been totally ripped off. Not returning and not recommended.

Terrible staff with bad attitudes. Not worth the browse.
