Happy friendly service with a smile reccomend to all for a haircut

I was the first customer on the 21st Sept saturday for an Haircut and shampoo.The lady cut half my hair and told me the remaining part ,will be after the shampoo.A different lady did the shampoo and half drenched me because she was too busy talking with her co worker next to her. I had half the shampoo still on me when she asked me to sit elsewhere.Here I am ,with shampoo suds on me ,half drenched and with half an haircut done,like an Australian sheep being exported !!Another lady came up,not the one who did the half haircut and asked me what I wanted. !Just paid and went elsewhere to clear up the mess.

Went in got the worst service I have ever received, had to go to another stylist to fix what they did. Never again.

The girls who work here are lovely. Big shout out to Niomi who is lovely and always willing to go the extra mile. Chantelle who works there does beautiful hair and has always done beautiful extensions for me. I would recommend coming here if you want friendliness, professionalism and competitive prices within the salon.

I was there for 7 hours only for my hair to look the same after (I was blonde going blonder). The whole service cost me $250 for something that should cost no more that $200. The place was dirty and unprofessional. Will not be coming back

I normally go to Christiane's wallsend always got the best haircut, cut exactly as the image I shown to them.But this branch offers she cut what she wants not what I want, seems just want to get it done quick

The new manager, Lydia, is a complete professional who is trying to rebuild the reputation of this salon. I received great service, a great haircut and only charged a fair price. This is in contrast to previous experiences there. I recommend that you give Lydia a chance to help you even if you have had a bad past experience there.

So so expensive I got a straight line trim a 15 dollar treatment and a blow dry $140 later no thanks

Went in today for a mens hair cut as it was the only hairdresser in the mall without a wait (I know why now). Started off well with washing my hair which was not asked for, then a very fast hair cut even though the store was dead. The end result showed the speed of service as it turned out shorter then asked for and around the ears were not the same length and cut well above my ear.To add insult to injury I was charged $3.50 for the hair wash stating it was a covid 19 protocol (no other hair dresser does this charge), when I asked were did it state that extra cost? After the staff looked all around the counter it was on a shelf to the right hand side out of view to any customer. Seems like this is a common thing to for this store to over charge customers after reading the reviews, guess you need to charge extra when you have such incompetent staff considering they wouldn't have repeat customers.
