Ultimately disappointing...We called Alex to have him come out and quote for some custom tables to be built in our study. Alex responded quite quickly and promptly came out to visit us and get an idea of what we were after.He was at our house for around 30 minutes while we discussed the tables we needed. He appeared confident and enthusiastic about doing the job. He said he had done some similar jobs recently and could do the work no problems.We emailed through some pictures later that day, at his request so he could get a visual idea of what we were after.Since this time we have not heard from Alex or anyone in his office. We have emailed several times and tried to call a few times but he neither picks up the phone nor returns our calls. It's been a couple of months now and we'll have to start again with another cabinet maker.He was a very polite guy and appeared enthusiastic about the job but ultimately we have been left disappointed and frustrated.

I called and emailed this business on 3 or 4 occasions in late 2020, regarding a previous and very recent job done by them at the property I bought, as I wanted some of it altered. No response to calls or emails. When I eventually managed to make contact, he was offhand, unconcerned, not willing to help, booked out for the next 6 months so had no interest in gaining or maintaining a good reputation. Very disappointed, would not recommend. VERY POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
