Been there a few times, it's so busy but it's a great place to get your hair done! Steve is one of the best hair stylist I've ever been with but is always booked out because his so good at his job.

We went in for a family haircut with Anya today. It was our 14 month old son's first haircut and Anya was so amazing with him. It was such a wonderful experience - we were smiling the whole time. The rest of the staff at Insignia were so friendly as well. We'll definitely be back. We're all really happy with our haircuts.. thank you ❤

I needed a last minute appointment to have my hair washed and blow dried for my engagement party , Beautiful Mel squeezed me in and I had Nat do my hair! Being a hairdresser myself I normally do my own hair but I can not fault these girls at all they are all so lovely and professional! Nat is just beautiful and did a wonderful job! Thank you xx

Had a great experience At Insignia. Felt understood, and, I received what I wanted for my hair. Its a busy salon and it was fab to see a cohesive and accommodating team all helping each other which made it a lovely environment for having your hair done

Had an amazing experience with the girls there today! Wash cut and blow dry. The girl who washed my hair gave me the best scalp massage I’ve ever had, then I was taken over to get my cut started and they made me a delish coffee with some biscuits. My hair was cut exactly the way I wanted and the girl even curled it for me and made me feel amazing! Thank you all so much! ☺️

I booked a massage over then phone. I specifically asked for a remedial massage, which is advertised on their website. On the day I filled out a form before the massage which asked what type I wanted, I wrote Remedial Massage, there was a tick box for the strength of massage, I ticked Deep.I was waiting for the massage to get harder/deeper/remedial, but it never happened. It was more of a relaxing massage, which I wasn't after. It wasn't until the massage was over that the masseuse said I hope that was ok
