Should hire a few snails talk about dragging your feet I wait 30 minutes after the 9kg gas bottle was taken on a fill up then the next time I when my gas bottle sat on the counter for 15 minutes an I waited 20 minutes bloody joke

Once staff stopped chatting and realised there was a customer the sales person was attentive. A little more product knowledge would have been a good help.

The maps link was sending us to a different location and we drove around for ages in circles. It's only when I called the store for directions they said they knew about it and told us to set the address to Bunnings which is next door. After that we were able to find the shop. Not sure if they've fixed it yet. Good selection but found prices a fair bit higher than other shops or online.

Awesome staff, always lovely and really knowledgeable. I also accidentally kicked my toe on a shelf today and the staff were prompt and skilled with first aid to help me out - much appreciated!
