Great family owned boutique coffee roaster. Jason has really honed his skills to get the best out of his coffee beans. There are lots of different blends to choose from and I would highly recommend giving their coffee a go.

Hillbilly supply me with some of the highest quality coffee I've ever experienced – which is saying something in Melbourne. Their blends are excellent, and the roasts are always perfectly consistent, never burnt. I understand the guys at Hillbilly have been in the coffee industry for decades, so there's a clear passion and dedication when it comes to this level of standard. Psychobilly is my go-to for my triple-espresso each and every morning, and it's roasted right here on the Mornington Peninsula. Fantastic service and outstanding bean quality. Ordered beans early in the morning due to emergency at home… the hopper was empty! A local business that offered delivery at good a good price was the appeal.. ordered the psychobilly blend, 1kg. Delivered to my door the next day and was there in the morning when I opened the door. Good communication on the order, outstanding service.. superb quality on the coffee. Will be a regular customer going forward.

HillyBilly Coffee is located in the Mornington Peninsula Roasting onsite every week.. They take artisan coffee to another level with three bends - Rockabilly , Psychobilly and Hipbilly organic .. If you are after Cafe Coffee for home available in Beans , Stovetop , Filter or Espresso you need to try this coffee ..... Having tried so many blends we have stuck with HillyBilly in our Barista Touch Machine for over a year now .... very happy :-)

Great coffee! I ordered 5 bags to sample different flavors and so far they are all really good. This is my second company that I have tried and its my favorite. In fact, its so good, I may stop searching for comparisons and stick to this one.

The Limited Edition Ethiopian is a completely unique taste. For something different I tried the beans pre ground (stovetop) and now I've worked out the right amount, the brew is excellent. This is a stronger brew; if you're used to companies that have signature blends, this one is a strong hit being all of one type. Well worth a try. My order was affected by delays in delivery, not the company's fault, but Joaquin offered to take it up with Aust Post - that's great service. It's awesome to be able to support a local company in the south east that provides a product on par if not exceeding CBD specialty roasters.
