I was served by Jackie, and my husband was served by Alex.Both were very knowledgeable and helpful.The 3D fit scan they do of your feet and walking style provided excellent guidance and they take the time to explain it all to you so you can also understand what is best for your feet.The range of running shoes is fantastic, we were treated with a lot of patience and got to try on a few pairs to figure out what fit best with no pressure to buy on the spot. We are very happy with our purchases - I can't believe I've been wearing a size too small for so long!Thank you for your outstanding service and for making our shopping experience pleasant and personable.

Issac was wonderful in helping my find my shoe size and best fitting shoe. I have troublesome feet that makes shoe shopping really hard and he helped me a ton!

After the reply to my first review - thank you - I went back to Athlete's Foot on Monday and this time I went up to the desk where I was served straight away. The lady who served me was very kind and helpful and ordered the shoes I wanted - suggesting there may be a 3/52 delay. On Friday this week I collected my shoes - very fast service. The gentleman who served me was also friendly and helpful. So thanks Athlete's Foot - I give you a 5 star rating. Keep up the good work.

After suffering with a bout of plantar fasciitis for the past few weeks I did a lot of Googling on the net. There is so much conflicting info. I tried a couple of orthotic inserts with mixed success and thought I'd see if the Athlete's Foot had anything different. They did.I was lucky enough to be served by the owner of the Shellharbour store, Leo. He was an absolute wealth of knowledge on the topic. He was able to explain in detail what was going on with my condition, make an assessment of my injury, make recommendations on how to handle the injury and sort out fact from fiction. Their inserts are different to the rest that I had found and make sense when you understand what is wrong with your foot.I would highly recommend seeing Leo if anyone needs help with this painful injury. Absolute 5-star service. Thank you again Leo.

Don't know why there's good reviews. There's no numbering system so whoever gets the stands attention first gets served first. They don't really know who's waiting. Went elsewhere and bought online. Much cheaper and less hassle.

Body who works here is amazing. He was so helpful and knew what he was doing. Then he told us he was a trainee, well you wouldn't have known it, he really is that good.

I am so grateful for the help I received from both a new employee and the owner. Leo went out of his way to make sure my needs were met and offered over the top service for my elderly father. Thank you so much for your exceptional service.
