Epic bar!!!! Can't wait to go back and do some more singing!I wish every bar treated their musicians so well. Definitely going to be one of my favourite gigs in town!

Black Swan Wine Bar
I had a small gathering of friends at the Black Swan last Friday night. We had such a good time at this quaint little wine bar off the main street. The wine selection was clearly put together by someone who knows what they are doing - a wonderful balance across the menu. The small tapas-style plates were all delicious (and very moreish). The cheese platter was insanely good (go the three cheese board). We also really enjoyed the vibe of the place - the lighting and music were at good levels - allowing for both conversation and chill. I highly recommend the Swan. Best of luck to the owners and staff as I'm sure it can't be easy to start a new business in the current environment but you are doing a great job so keep it up!

Good spot & vibe but the young bloke behind the bar is pretty blunt, doesn’t smile, or ask what you’d like…kinda just gotta say a beer please mate. Also can ask to play darts when its empty and he’ll just say no. Ask why he says not till later…ok everyones more drunk and busier. I’ll go back but not hugely welcoming service.

Brenton is very lovely, seeing how he treats his customers and the rapport he has built with them is amazing, not alot of places take the time to build that. Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Black Swan Wine Bar
We had such a lovely experience at Black Swan Wine Bar last weekend! I messaged the owner on their Facebook page enquiring about a booking, and they swiftly helped us with a reservation. We ended up not having as many guests as anticipated, however this was no problem for the staff who easily reallocated the freed up tables. We felt so comfortable, and had a wonderful time with the atmosphere! Thank you so much for providing such a lovely time for us.
