Neat, tidy and staff are friendly with great service. Checkouts are clean and I’ve always had a good experience. The store is huge with a fabulous collection of products. The bakery has a wonderful selection of baked items and the butcher has a beautiful range. Fruit & veggies are good. Deli service is great and set out nicely , the layout of the whole store is actually excellent.

I regularly shop twice a week at Coles Claremont Quarter and Coles Melville. I don’t understand why Coles Melville has so much trouble in keeping the shelves fully stocked, because there is no issue with restocking or range of fresh produce and goods at Claremont. May be it’s because Claremont has a Farmer Jacks next door - just an observation. Com’on Coles Melville.

I live in Melville ,I’m not a fan of this store I was there on Friday for a quick shop and found the assistant on the self serve moody and unhelpful .I prefer to shop at Coles Beeliar it’s a much nicer store .

I usually really like the 'new' Coles Melville and would give it 5 stars, but I have tried telephoning several times yesterday and today and I get Please hold for a Team Member" and then the phone hangs up.Come on Coles

Staff on checkouts can get easily distracted talking to other staff members when they should be concentrating on serving people. Then when it's not busy chat away but not when their on the till and people are waiting.

Lovely to go somewhere, you haven't been for a while.The different food and fruit- that was cut, was a pleasant look around...got a Carmel cake there, yummy, will be making a special trip monthly to pick one up.Thank you Cole's, although I don't like shopping, I found it to a wonderful experience.You have so many yummy biscuits, cakes and different crisps.Been a commercial cleaner, I want to say it was very clean.

Just been to Coles and to my surprise Lamb loin chops in small trays $23 per kg but same chops in family size trays are $ 28 per kg same chops same part of the animal but to feed my family I'm forced to take a ton of plastic home , I queried the discrepancy and no one could give me an answer, good quality very poor pricing , not happy Joe

Hardly any gluten free options. At one point was always out of eggs. However everything else is good. Good location next to other shops.
