I have been suffering with tennis elbowand shoulder pain for over 8 months andafter trying many different pain relieftechniques and medications (includingother physiotherapists and cortisoneinjections) I thought I would try one lastPhysio before going to see anorthopedic specialist and that was AFisio. Talene has worked wonders forme with hands-on therapy and dryneedling which has allowed me torebuild the strength in my arms. As amum, I can now get back to doing what Ilove again without pain or restriction.Thank you my angel Talene. I wish Ifound you months ago.

I recently injured my right arm while working out which caused numbness and sometimes felt like there was heat produced. I booked an appointment with Andrew to have it looked at and assessed because it caused so much pain and discomfort. Since that appointment (2 weeks ago), I hadn’t experienced any pain or discomfort. It was my first appointment with Afisio and Andrew as well! I could not recommend any other place and would definitely book an appointment again!

Andrew and the team at A FISIO really are one of the top physiotherapists in Sydney. Their knowledge and application is professional while also passionate. I have had an issue with my shoulder for a number of years which wouldn't go away. Only under their treatment and care have I seen progress in the form of less pain but also increase in strength and mobility. I would highly recommend anyone having any physical issues to check them out!

I'm abit skeptical about physio because of my past experiences. But I'm very pleased that I took the chance to check A Fsio out.I seen A Fisio for a few months now, for physio-excercise and treatments. Andrew took the time to listen and address the cause of the injuries and personalised the excercise and treatment.Physio-excercise - I lost a few kilos, getting stronger physically and my stamina is also improving under Andrew coaching. I'm impatience and get bored easily. So Andrew has strike a good balance in the regimen, keeping me motivate and also mindful of my physical condition so as not to cause further damage to my existing injuries.Treatments - I find Andrew very knowledgable and skillful. He is gentle and firm in his massage, and the needling was gentle and painless. The pain on my shoulder and neck improved tremendous imediately after the treatment.I'm impressed and strongly recommend anyone to check out A Fisio.

Finding a good physio is very hard. After finding Andrew, you won’t have that problem anymore. Excellent knowledge, friendly and uses all state of the art equipment.

Andrew at A FISIO provides the best care & service. I had injured my back and he knew exactly the trigger points, nerve that was agitated and the treatment I needed to recover. He had explained everything in detail & made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. The best physio out there & the only one I go to. 100 & 10 % recommend him and his crew!

So hard to find a great and trustworthy physio, I'm so glad I got referred to Andrew by my partner. Andrew has helped me with numerous issues, from my knee, to my wrists and to my neck and shoulders. Having a job where my posture unfortunately is compromised sometimes, Andrew has taught me exercises that help to correct and prevent further issues.

Highly recommend Andrew to anyone in need of a professional and knowledgeable physio! I have seen multiple people prior to Andrew for a back injury and no one has been able to relieve the pain. I have only seen Andrew a few times so far and no longer have constant pain. He is always willing to educate and great to have a laugh with. Such a great service! Andrew has such a holistic approach to fitness/ moving well. He kept me informed throughout my whole recovery process, and was very informative about what we were doing and why. Andrew was able to help me recover to get back into sport and lifting as he knew how important it is to me! I’ve met the whole team and they’re all amazing!
