I've never had a bad massage at this place - and I've been coming here for years with some regularity. I don't request a certain masseuse as they're all good (and I often visit at short notice) - although styles vary.I love that they're able to fit me in at short notice, and are open so late I can come by after dinner and go straight to bed when I get home. I get a firm massage - and I’m not sure they’d be able to accomodate a gentle one if that’s what you’re into. The hard ones are pretty intense, but they definitely get rid of all the knots.

I come here almost weekly and they are usually very good. Today I sent a work email out at 5:50 while downstairs, and went up for a massage after they served a glass of water. All this time, and they finished the massage at 5:20 exactly. I even showed them the message with the timestamp so.. it's also the first time I was served by the lady instead and was definitely ripped off this time.

Profesional and Wonderful!This place has such a Zen set up and calming vibe. The massage therapist I had is a retired nurse and she explained so much to me about muscles and postures and the massage was so professional I requested for an extra 30mins. My partner also had his massage, he twisted his waist a couple days ago and after the massage it was almost back to normal.

I’ve been coming here on and off for about 10 years, always loved the massages and service. Today was different. My 90 minute hot stone massage consisted of 5 minutes of hot stones rubbed across my back (although not layed out along my back after), and then the rest of the time lathering/wiping (not massaging) all over with lotion, and on the rare occasion massaging along my spine with an elbow. Funnily enough whenever I mentioned the elbow was too hard and that I was wanting a hot stone and not deep tissue massage, she went back to softly lathering/wiping my skin. I’m in more pain now than when I walked in. The masseuse had no idea what she was doing, it was so inconsistent left side to right side and the rare occasion she used her fingers she kept scratching me with her nails. Suffice to say I will not be returning. I’d recommend Holism to anyone looking for a great massage instead, I would have gone there today if they weren’t closed due to Public holiday.

The massage was good however you can't have the word relaxation in the name of business, when the place is anything but relaxing.There were staff in a sitting area talking very loudly the whole time and a man on his phone with the volume up high listening to or watching something!! The music was monotonous piano on repeat.Sorry but if you want relaxation don't go there! Oh and it's very expensive too.
