Target Tuggeranong

I haven't been here for a while I couldn't believe how expensive everything is you can't find anyone to help you if you need it I ended up walking out and going to Kmart or Big W I will not be going back unless I win a lot more money it used to be a great place to go shopping for clothes and stuff for your house if you have the money you will like shopping here

Good target storeIt's a target with good layout and staff.

Men's clothing section is at the other end of the store to the changing rooms. It's already a tiny section at the back of the store with few options and most clothes being low quality, but when you want to try on things you have to go on a hike to the other side of the store.

Management and Staff at Tuggeranong are great. Part of the centre lost power and Target was unfortunately affected. The staff quickly evacuated all shoppers and put aside my shopping so that I could collect the following day. When I returned all staff from the day before greeted me with a smile and hello. When I went to check out my one pass wasn’t scanning and the staff at the front counter went above and beyond to try and get it to work. They called the manager to the front when their efforts were unsuccessful and he was able to put it through successfully. I really appreciate the warm welcome to the store and customer service.

It's target, what's not to like?Returned a mirror on change of mind and they were super good about it which was lovely. Door greater is actually friendly and greets which is a nice change from other places in the hyperdome

Visited after Christmas, shop was well managed.check out staff also helpful when asked for trolly. Kmart was all in mess that day. Great to see target was so tidy

Attended the store to collect a book I ordered 3 days before. A young man greeted me at the front of the store and gave me clear directions to the click & collect counter. I approached this counter and was greeted by a friendly young lady who gave me my order straight away. Great service!

Target made a mistake with my online order. They will escalate the issue but they have absolutely no idea how long it will take to rectify - maybe today, maybe this week, maybe next week.My online order got sent back to Target by AU Post twice because information Target recorded on the consignment was incomplete. Fair enough, administration errors happen from time to time, but twice for the same parcel suggest Target sent it straight back to me without reviewing or correcting the consignment error.AU Post have now sent it back to Target and recorded the item as Delivered. Target know this. But they won't resend the item or refund me until they finalise an investigation into the issue. (How long will that take??)Because I need the items, I offered to go out of my way and in-store to do a click and collect. But no, they have to either resend the items or refund me after the investigation. So I offered to go in-store, buy the item and the same cost I purchased it for, and then get a refund once their investigation is completed. But no...I have to pay the 40% more for the item that it now costs in store - Target won't honour the price I paid back when I purchased it.

Target always has great deals on kids clothing and toys. They also have an excellent collection of Christmas gifts for all budgets. The quality of the clothing and accessories is very good.
