Went on Monday 25th Oct to collect 2 mattress bought on Auction. 1 single and 1 double. I was told by the floor manager NGOC to get it by myself from the ground floor/storage area!!!. It was heavy to lift by self so asked help and she replied that I have to carry myself. I find it very difficult to take it to the upper level through stairs.Is it the proper way?Or the item should be ready to collect from upper level.Don't know how the management allow these type of staffs to continue in the organisation.By the way, Cashier staff was excellent.Worst experience...will never go again..

This business is very unscrupulous. I bought a rug from them. When I asked for the inspection of the rug, the salesman pretended to be very friendly and honest and assured me that the rug has no defects. I foolishly trusted him and brought the rug home. I found a huge damage at one end of the rug. The damage so big and obvious that anyone with normal eyesight would have found it. The dishonest salesman tricked me to buy the damaged rug. When I complained about it, the manager was very rude and told me to do whatever I can. I have lodged a complaint at Fair Trading NSW". If you have been cheated by them

Purchase an X5 from Michael and Buddy at the re sale centre. Michael has great customer service skills and his knowledge about cars was impressive. I had a small fault with the vehicle after a month. I took the vehicle back to the yard, where Michael fixed the vehicle within 2 days and gave me a loan car to drive during this time. No extra charge, no charge to fix the vehicle either. I will most definitely purchase future cars through this dealership as I know I will be looked after. Thanks Michael and Buddy

Wide variety of furniture, house hold goods, cleaning products, toys, decoration and show pieces etc. The price is not too cheap but okay mot very expensive. The female floor staff are a bit dry they dont have any sense of customer care but the male floor staff and the office ladies are great. We bought nesting tableand they came chipped off once and after returning we got a broken one again so we refunded our money and it wasnt a problem. One should probably check the item before picking up to avoid trouble.
