17 years they will tell you they have been there. I seriously think these guys need professional help. My wife had her car 'cleaned' (this is a stretch) by Kermit and the boys. Went to pay, 'no credit card or debit card facilities.' No signs stating cash only not even a warning to please bring cash, no that would be too easy and good customer service, imagine that! So she offered to get their BSB and Account details so she could transfer the money immediately, again and big NO, cash only! So they said 'come back and pay as soon as you can.' Then the police knock at our door. Obvisiouly these guys are having such a hard time financially that $70 bucks would sink them. Did they call first? No....again too easy. They just call the cops. Amazing. Then try to pay and get a receipt, it was like a Mexican stand off! Then the boss man gets his knickers in a knot, gets abusive, takes photos of my car, the usual mental stuff irrational people do. Don't believe me though. Go through all the other 1 and 2 star ratings. We must all be wrong. Keep up the good work boys. You guys should franchise. So if you want a rubbish clean with zero, sorry, exceedingly rude service, this is the place to come to. It's entertaining to say the least.

Without a doubt the worst car wash it Melbourne, I paid $55 to get it cleaned in and out and when I went to pick it up it was still in a disgusting state. My fault cos it was the third time this has happened. I actually gave the owner a heads up to what had happened before but the result was still the same. Please stay away from this place they are an absolute rip off.

I recently went to this Car Wash and was extremely disappointed with the service. First of all, the staff seemed uninterested in their work and barely acknowledged my presence. Then, when they finally started washing my car, they did a terrible job. There were still dirt marks on my windows and the rims were still dirty even after they claimed they had cleaned them.To make matters worse, they scratched my car's paint with their dirty towels and didn't even apologize for it. When I brought it to their attention, they shrugged it off and acted like it was no big deal. I left feeling frustrated and like I had wasted my time and money.Overall, I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. The staff is unprofessional and careless, and the service is subpar at best. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually care about doing a good job.

Left my SUV for a wash and interior vacuuming. Was not done properly. Cargo area wasn’t done at all.When I pointed out to some of the areas that weren’t done properly they attempted to redo it.Not satisfied with the job.Will not go to this place again.

Nope no good. First off - I paid for $45 clean and vacuum. Paid with $50 note and my change was taken.Second - car was still super dirty with noticeable dirt in the back seat of the carThird - people on site WENT THROUGH MY NAV SYSTEM WHICH HAS MY ADDRESS and put in a random address.Fourth - broke a part off my dash board.First two I could put down slightly to me being awkward but damage and NAV being opened... no.

I have been here twice. First time was a few years ago and came home thinking they did a bad job. Decided to try them once more and they still do a terrible job.I was told they clean interior windows, they only did my front one. The interior back windows were clearly dirty and I had to clean them when I got home. They only did a very quick vacuum inside, there was still lots of dirt and dog hair on the floor (I also requested a seat steam clean, but the machine was out of order, as it was the first time I went). There was still dirt, dried food, drink and general grime in the door handles, console, and on the backs of the seat, im assuming they didnt really wipe at all inside, as some of the dirt was easily wiped off once i got home. The boot had not been vacuumed at all.They did clean the car outside, but it was pretty similar to an auto clean. All my hub caps were still dirty though.Paid for the 45 package, next time ill just do it myself.

Girlfriend took her brand new car there for a clean and it wasn’t, noticed a massive stain on drivers side seat after we got it home, took it back the next day to get them to fix but they said it wasn’t them when it clearly was. The outside of the car wasn’t fully cleaned aswell.The owner was rude and didn’t want to take responsibility of his staffs actions.I don’t recommend this place at all we will not be returning.They’re a bunch of muppets.

Excellent service provided by the team. Paid $60, which is such a surprise compared to other car washes which costed twice the price. Had my car cleaned and washed on the interior and exterior, had the interior steamed, and the exterior hand polished, the tyres were also shined. They never missed a spot. Car was spotless after. They were very professional and were careful with the car . Would definitely recommend to others looking for a great car wash at affordable prices.

Amazing quality of work, attention to detail. Very happy with the service. And staff are super friendly. I have paid more at other car washes, for lesser quality work. 10/10 would recommend.
