I went and got my nails done their last Friday and it was one of the worst nail experience I have ever had. I book an appointment for a manicure with acrylic nails at 1. But the nail person didn’t start me until 1:35 and she finished my nails by 2pm, she didn’t file and prep my nails properly so my nails started falling off 2 days later as well as the shape of my nails been square instead of round which was what I asked for. My nails look and applied terribly and is definitely the worst set I have ever had. Was all round Disappointed.

This place does not respect people with disabilities my intellectual disabled aunty was made to wait an hour while other people were being served in front of her.. my aunty is a human like everybody else and deserves the same respect when we spoke to Nelly (owner) she put the blame on us saying did we make a appointment and couldn't even acknowledge the situation or the fact that my sick aunty was waiting over an hour when other people was being served that came after her luckily her family came to pick her up and spoke on her behalf! I feel they took advantage and because of this they have lost regular customers you don't run a business this way !!

Had a lovely experience here, the staff are much nicer than at the nail salon just around the corner.

The girls are very lovely and professional. The quality of work is high standard and the owner gives you a complimentary bottle of water during each service. The prices are affordable. Highly recommend this place.
