When dealing with Sam Brack and Emily Brown, I have NEVER been more offended, disrespected and lied to so much, as a FULL paying customer. We paid for stair treads in FULL three months before we need them, the house was booked into be handed over in 4 months. Sam Brack decided to ignore the calls and emails once he had been paid, installed faulty items in our project and installed the CONCRETE stair treads 1 week before the house was booked in for hand over. BECAUSE of Sam Brack, we could not hand over a fully complete house to clients, the certifier failed the stairs as they did not meet AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS, he was abusive, rude, disrespected everyone, including the Certifier and had the audacity so say, the stairs weren't his problem when the Carpenter, Certifier and Builder all told him, they DO NOT COMPLY WITH AUSTRALIAN BUILDING CODE and for that reason, the house will not be able to pass the inspection, preventing anyone from moving in. He then went and put the rubbish stair treads on social media, and to make it worse, they weren't even the right colour. The client actually approved samples in PERSON and he installed White instead of Black and didn't care or fix it as he was paid prior. This one company delayed the handover of a completed house by 8 weeks and then he still treated his clients disrespectfully after being asked to remove the stair treads picture from social media that were ripped out and replaced by proper stairs that were to Australian Standard. He also installed three Bathroom Vanities, they ALL LEAKED AND WERE ALL RIPPED OUT. They damaged the joinery and actual snapped and broke, you would think someone who builds concrete would provide a product that did not crack. His excuse, it is cold!!!!! Please read comments of Brack Concrete designs acknowledging installing faulty vanities. Out of 4 concrete items they installed, not ONE of the items were usable, even sturdy or met Australian Standards.I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND USING A COMPANY LIKE THIS. There are other company's in Canberra such as Mitchell Bink or Digitized Stone, which is who we used to replaced all of Sam Bracks work. They may be more expensive, Sam Brack is cheap and there is a reason for that, you get CHEAP items. You will not be happy with what he provides.The house, clients and builder are actually all ecstatic with the end result now that Sam Bracks products were removed, it is a shame that Sam Brack and Emily Brown made it difficult for the clients and trades and did not care as long as they were paid. Companies like this should not be able to trade when they brush of so many Australian Standards, even bad mouth the certifier when feedback is given stating your product needs to be ripped out and redone.Please read how he treats his customers when asked to removed a photo that does not belong to him.

Great service, great time. I couldn't recommend Sam and the team more. They have been a pleasure to deal with from day dot. Very happy with the final result, always well communicated throughout the whole process.

Really happy with the work from Brack Concrete Designs. Sam and his team are easy to work with, always on the ball to get the job done and delivered awesome work. Its easy to see how much effort Sam puts in. Its not just concrete but an art to him. Hes a credit to the Industry and I would not hesitate to give him a call.

Very happy with my floor and serviceSam and the team completed my home last year travelled 1 hour a day to and from and done big hours to get me into my house before xmas . Sam has come back to polish the concrete around my pool last month and will be getting my alfresco and front stair done as soon as i can , i recommend Sam for his knowledge and hardworking attitude . Could not be more pleased with Sam and the work he produces. He is a very hardworking and it's not difficult to see the pride he takes in his work. It's really impressive to witness a young tradesman who is so invested and passionate about his trade. Have never had an issue with his work, his commitment to the job or his communication!Very dedicated and would highly recommend!
